hooray, hooray!
bloomtime! :biggrin:looking forward to see them budz

Nice little set up very tidy, I look forward to seeing the buds now.

As always, è uno spettacolo vederti all'opera my friend!

Thx guys , appreciated

Plants are looking great!

Why is there the open gap on side side of the cage? I'm curious why you didn't just make it completely connected?

Probably so he can pull it in and out without worry about navigating around the light - because of how far down it hangs.

=D

Chloe got it , the vertical lamp on the back is very close to the backside , the cage is a cubic foot , 12 x 12 x 12 inches , 30 x 30 x 30 cm . I prune and bend a lot in the veg stage , very little space , i take out the cage when working on it or watering, slide out like a drawer .

Hey. Just stopping in. I've been out of the scene for a while. I also was interested in a micro scaled bog (barrel of green), circle of green style run. I have seen a couple using a 70 watt hps in the middle. I respect what your doing here with all the different lighting combinations. Its late here and I just skimmed through for like 10 minutes. I always wanted to try growing out some of that destroyer. The pics of it looks real nice.

Anyways, just by skimming through, have you checked temps on the screen itself by the light? I would think it gets too hot close to the light. But I'm on the other side of the computer and am not there myself. Would a pc fan in the middle blowing up help?

Keep it up and maximize this setup.

hey sgap :)
I don't know if I'm properly "piling up"/considering all the improvements you made since last round, but canopy's definitely loooking happier/greenier.
Ladies look effortless for such a tight space - nice job mate, really! :)

Thx guys , is all about the sub, faster dry/wet cycles and plenty of oxigen for the roots and higher metabolism and production. It looks like all the changes done to the sub is starting to show . I am also very surprised , so far , that i can have 144 watt of cfl in a space of about 2 cubic foot:laughing: keep you updated once a week as usual

looking great man. These setups are by far my favorite. I think vertical 360* around the light is the best way for yield. Heath robinson did it with his crazy obnoxious octagon and got 2.12 gpw. I saw you post in another thread which lead me here. I don't have time to read the whole thread but I am curious how you keep the plants from getting burnt. I do see you have had more than one run sucessfully so I'm sure you make it work. When i get back into the game I'm going to try a 360* vertical style like this.

Theres a thread I read where a guy uses a 70 watt hps in the middle. not sure if its a cool tube but his plants are solid nugs all 360* around the light. Looks a little more filled than yours, no offense. Great job. Keep it up and everyone posted. Help convert the noobs

Alright. I read your interested in learning. This guy used to have a website barrel of green.com which is now shut down unfortunately. So doing some research this is what I came up with.

The third post is where I was linked to this other thread in some language I cant read. He says the guy pulls 120-140 grams off a 150 which is close to 1gpw. Than a couple posts down theres another guy doing the same style in hydro it appears. Plenty of pics to keep you occupied. Im going to go the hps route I think unless you can prove this yields better :p Than again I am interested in quality so we'll see I guess.

Check out the third post link and the 5th post link . 2 different grows in a cage style.

my cab is a work in progress, still dialing the sub, but looks like i got it now, stiil playng with lamp spectrum and so on. I have allready got 3 oz fron 120/130 watt cfl, looking for moms now in order to monocrop , the only way to maximize production i guess. Atm i am happy with my results and i am selfsufficent really, but i believe i can still improve quantity and quality, keep you updated, thx for stopping by

hi there, buddy

i am really impressed by how the branches fill your cage, perfect use of space i'd say :good:

do the branches touch the bulbs at any point? looks like they penetrate every inch of the available space, incl. area between cage and bulbs?

so the flowers appear! :dance013: the best part of the show now ahead of us! :smoker:

Hello my friend! this time there is no waste of space:laughing:

do the branches touch the bulbs at any point?

I am bending the tops that get to close almost daily, they will stretch for 1 more week

looks like they penetrate every inch of the available space, incl. area between cage and bulbs?

I have lollypopped the bottom and back side, just need to wait till end of stretch before starting defoliating to expose all the buds in formation,

so the flowers appear! the best part of the show now ahead of us!

Looks like you need to back off on the grow a bit, seeing signs of overfeeding (curled leaf tips and overly dark green color). Also a small bit of lockout showing on the lower leaves. Give them a couple feeds of straight ph'd water, and resume feeding at a reduced rate. Other than that things are looking great my friend. Glad to hear the new substrate is preforming well for you also

Did you check out the link I linked you? Are you interested in screens at all? I personally think It would help maximize yield but may take a little longer. I like screens because they help keep my grow organized. But it really comes down to what you like to do yourself and what makes you comfortable and happy. So when you making your second flower box? haha good luck and keep up and keep us updated. I'm following along.

Giving little to no N really, just 4,4 ml fishmix x us gallon, those are the same crosses as last time but different phenos, they are all very ligth feeder. The yelloving bottom leaves are the one between the screens and the inner cab walls, they do this every time because of little direct light. Anyway, changing the fishmix with molasses the next 2 feeedings, thx for stopping by fratello always appreciated!!

lights : 144 watt @ 6400k 12/12
