Thank you Mr. Alkaline, John Deere and xmobotx for contributing and all the lurkers for watching, here is one month flowering update, altogether it is 78 days from seed. I gave them water and some fermented fertilizer with crushed mussels' shells plus a little topdressing with ewc for Vitality girl. The plants were pollinated over the last few days with the Vitality and Kumaoni pollen, Vanilluna male seems sterile??? Anyway here is CBD plant first, really like her spicy smell and big pistil hairs.

Vitality is doing fine, old fan leaves dying out but new growth is nice green, the buds are fattening up and resin production is even on the stems pretty notable, the smell is very rosy and sweet perfume.

34 days of flowering

Good day to all, today i wanted to post new photos of the garden. The plants are getting watered more often nowadays, every 4/5 days. They lastly got the fermented extract of dock, dandelions, nettles, canna leaves and yarrow with some unrefined sugar, diluted roughly 10:1, hope they liked it. The Vanilluna male did not produce any pollen so the only crosses i will have seeds from are with the Vitality and Kumaoni males. Have been clearing the undergrowth the last few days, getting nice buzz from the mix of mini buds, lol. Enough with words, here are the photos:

Thank you all for the kind comments, the plants were watered and fed with a mixture of kelp, nettle and alfalfa meal and had some fermented extracts again. I finally found some comfrey in a park so the leaves are drying and will be used next feeding. The pollinated buds are almost ripping the calyxes off on the cbd plant, will post 40 days of flower update tonight.

i really like the idea of topdress/mulch-ing w/ comfrey ~it contributes a lot to your micro-life as well as the nut profile it contains {being a dynamic accumulator} you want to get what you can from it

i was just telling someone how its one of the plants which will 'wake up' compost ~like a compost activator

Hello all, today's photos are from when the lights were still off.

Thank you xmobotx, i will be topdressing the comfrey indeed, hope the girls will appreciate it.

I split it three ways tonight, first post is the heavy pregnant CBD plant. She is still green, almost no leaf loss, but the leaves have some white spots, some kind of larvae maybe? Growing strong through it with lots of resin and the lemony smell her two sisters exhibited last run.

Vitality is still losing her fan leaves, but the buds are filling up nicely i have to say, they have a little reddish colour to them as well and the smell is just divine rose perfume...

Flo is getting nicely filled buds full of resin despite the crawling green suckers on her stems. Not purpling this plant yet, will see how the colours will come out in the last few weeks. Overall she is finishing just great.

this is not only impressive to me based on the strains and the hi-CBD element but; those are looking like some damn fine buds as well!

That Vitality looks about to turn dark purple and red...
This is turning out a nice strain S_a_h preserved for us.
His F1 Vitality seed parents have carried some rose and perfume oils yay.

His were the F1.
He had diff colorations and aromatics.
Different bud structures....

You have the F2.
F2 of S_a_H.
It seems these F2 follow the female F1, mostly.

Your F2 were (thankfully) made from the S_a_H test grow, and not martian313's.
-I'm not sure how it happened that martian313 got so much indica qualities in both the Vitality F1 and pack of new kalimist he grew beside each other.
I'm truly boggled iow.

You have V1 which was the very sativa, kali dominant.
So I think u have an F2 pheno showing a blend of the parents best traits.
....Your plant is not 'berry' smelling at all. And it's not dark purple, it's red.
I always associate 'reds' with 'perfume'. In both flo and red kali lines.

I've found the red kali in my Vitality, and believe that the F2's are the way to getting some rarer, more rewarding(across the entire board) expressions/phenos.

There's just no way (numerically speaking)that there won't also be some oaxacan dominant, mostly sativas in the F2 and beyond.

A lot of the bold colors and aromatics have a lot to do with the high.
That's where RED stems, trichs and Roses and cherries....all connect and correlate into a vastly diff high than what was in Martian313's F1females (2 of them)

You are hopefully right Mr. Alkaline, i have seen Martian313's two Vitality plants you have posted the links to and the flowers are a little different, happy i got the more Flo dominant pheno from the F2 generation from S_a_H. Let's feel what the high will be like, but the smell is very strong rose, little sweet but not cherry in this case, really like some perfume. Gonna post again soon with new pictures, take care and bye now

You sure can see how there are, and surprisingly so, ...virtually no 'green' phenos in the Vitality grows/plants so far on this site.

The Strain's parents were each chosen for their mutual similarities and above all, red, rosy sativa leaning tendencies.

(EDIT: I noticed I called your Vitality beans the #2 by accident, whoops.
...I meant to say you had a red dominant pheno from both sides of the original parents that made the strain. Growing out F2 seedlots rock!)

I can't wait to read your overall thoughts on how the 3 plants smoke etc.
