So are these all new eyes being the assembly instead of senate? Or have these people seen it already.
Does it have new wording or text changing the no grow
Thank you guys for doing all the hard work and gathering all the facts, I know I appreciate it! I did have a few questions if anyone knows the answers.
I was also wondering if it had new wording? Also does anyone know at this point in the process can they just change the wording? Or would the bill just die? Is there still time to speak out against this bill in an open forum of some sort other than the bill comments?
Also any idea where we can confirm this grandfathered in clause?
This all really sucks =/
Thanks again for the info!
As far as I understand they can introduce new amendment during the upcoming (if it will ever happen by the 3rd) Assembly Judiciary Committee meeting. So far no new language about the no grow though. Grandfathering or anything related would have to be introduced in that upcoming amendment. It is not showing to be on Thursday's Agenda, so the way I see it it's only Friday and Saturday left for it to even be heard by them. I honestly don't see how there is any time for it to do all it needs to do and still pass, but I am not experienced in this. Maybe someone who knows more can chime in.
Wtf....... itz nevadaMy heart weeps for you Colorado.
My stomach is in a knot. In this article Tick mentions "grandfathering us in" and says nothing about "sunsetting us out" in two years. Probably saving that surprise. This time bomb is still ticking....

Follow me with this-
Metro is the one responsible for the "For profit" classification
metro is responsible for the No Grow amendment
Is metro thinking that the fed gov will swoop in and be more likely to shut down for profit dispensaries, stop the growing, and thus, shutting down the mmj program in Nevada? This is something they have wanted to do since we voted it into law.
