Congratz to the girl and to you for keeping her healthy and with even canopy, enjoy flowering!

Tis coming along pretty good. Not much stretch so far so its still pretty squat...id like it to be a lil taller now but cant really complain. Otherwise, its great. No dramas. I'll get some pics up later...she's sleeping now and for the next few hours.

Just wondering, is it possible to change the light schedule? Ie, still run the lights for 12/12 but change lights on from 11pm - 11am to say 2pm - 2am.

Id like to be able to change, but understand it might not be the best thing to do. Id imagine it would be fairly stressful for the plant to change its day/night rhythm.

And what about opening the tent during its dark period. I always read how bad this is, but when I think of that, I also think about the full moon. The full moon is damn bright. If plants can't hack ANY light in flower (as many would have you believe) then how do plants grown outdoors manage to stay female and not hermie?

I dunno, just pondering a few things.

There's heaps of different ideas floating around about the moonlight and light in the dark cycle etc, but I know one thing for sure, light can herm a plant!

Nirvana Northern Lights, GHS Arjans haze 3 and GHS pure kush have all shown me extreme reactions to the smallest pinprick light leak, instantly halting bud growth and then violently spitting nanna's all over the place lol....NEVER again.

The Mega Bush is doing awesome! it's really opened itself up after 12/12!

Did you flip on the 9th? I did on the 7th, probably be watching your nice dense indica buds swell up far before mine :(

Can you get a shot with your camera sideways into the quickest developing cola? Just interested to see how tight the nodes are packed in etc

Yes, very bored haha ;)

Ended up flipping on the 13th because I couldn't program the timer properly so the lights failed to turn off. So im about 15 days into 12/12.

And yea it has opened a bit. It only just fits my tent now. One plant in there and im struggling for space on two sides. Sheesh. Damn you small tent!

Starting to get some nice smell now too...just lovely.

Coming along really great mate :)

Thick stems, tight nodes, should be some ripper buds there

Thanks man. I hope you're right... Im sick of getting crappy little buds that don't chop out at all from dealers. Hopefully the strain is half decent, because it is bagseed after all. It could turn out that I get a bumper harvest but its not the best stuff taste/potency wide. But still, that being said I still think it'll be better just because of the fact that I'm growing it, doing everything ad I should. All.these commercial growers just want lots of product, and quick. So they pull early, they don't cure properly etc. hopefully, since I put the time and effort in, I'll end up with some decent bud, or buds that are as good as they can be.

Looks good man! Nice even node distancing ;)

I'm feeling you on commercial crap, barely want to smoke this stuff I have at the moment....

And that's saying something!

You can see that top that just keeps reaching above the rest (its the main stem...on the right in the top pic). I think I'm gonna have to just keep adjusting that one as the grow progresses. Also the one on the opposite side in the top pic is growing faster too. Otherwise, there is no more than 1cm between the height of all the other tops.

That's where I'm at!!! Spent good money for much worse than the worst that we'll ever grow!

Yup. I would imagine a large proportion of home growers do so for this very reason. I mean, id be happy to pay top dollar, as long as the product matched the price. Usually it doesn't even come close.
