He's talking gravity fed drip... a solenoid is an electro-mechanical valve that you can open and close on a timer... apply voltage solenoid opens and water flows... remove voltage solenoid closes water stops. Check out the sprinkler section at Lowes, HD, or even Wally-World they have some all in one units (battery operated timer, multiple programming options) that you normally hook to a spigot then your hose and sprinkler on the backside. Bobblehead has been using gravity fed drip over in his "overtakes" thread... pretty bulletroof, but I'm really enjoying my PPKs.

All the electronic solenoid's I can find online are equipped with spigot type adapters... How can I adapt those too my feed line? Also any advantages to running a gravity fed opposed to just hooking up a submersible pump to kick on and feed the line?
I will most likely finish this run with the blumats... Today I kind of squeezed the blumat lines and worked them from where they connected to the actual feed line out to where they drip and lots of them started to drip right after.... Seems that there is some build up in the lines. I've been using drip clean @ 1ML/Gal and try to avoid any nutrients that are thick. I was using Floralicious+ which I believe was the culprit.... hopefully all runs smooth now that I cut that out of the feed schedule.
Seems once I solve one problem another on pops up... Now the Dehumidifier is leaking water out of the bottom of the unit. It has an Automatic pump inside that is supposed to pump water out of the unit threw the drain line but the seems to be not working out well.... GRRR... What doesn't kill ya makes you stronger right?
Ill come back with some shots tomorrow... the girls are going strong even with these hoops I'm jumping threw...

Ain't dialing in a room fun?

I'm currently trying to dial in co2 without a meter/monitor. Talk about fun lol.

Ooff..... Fuck that! Lol.... I could have done the same this round but just wasn't up for it. Going to grab a monitor at the end of this run.. Be back in about an hour with pics.

Well being sealed I didn't want to go without some co2 so the goal on this run was to just keep it above 400.

I have a regulator with an attached recycle timer so it's just a matter of adjusting the "on time" and the "off time".

Bought this bad ass little co2 logger to help me get an idea of what's been going on in the room both lights on and lights off.

Here is the first day I hooked it up. Not too bad for guessing on the times. Look at it shoot up at night though. This is a 24 hour period starting at lights on.

Yeah, I plan to get a burner and monitor/meter after this run as well. Just picked up a Santa Fe Compact dehuey to finish my current run.

Can't wait to see some pics.

Oh yeah, since we both got the same AC, check out the temp screen shot. Pretty bad ass, a perfect ten degree difference from day to night. 78ish-68ish.

Nice looking technology there buddy.

20lbs CO2 tanks last me 3 weeks each & cost $10 from a local gas supplier. I use a DIGI GRO COCO "plug and play" co2 monitor/controller, which cost $250 on eBay & is now in it's second year of use, still holding perfect ppm. Your co2 regulator/solenoid piggy back plug into the Digi Gro's power cord. Literally set it and forget it, zero dialing in. Mwah.

And ya, Tyga, that's how it goes in this business. And your right man, this industry will make u self sufficient and a DIY'er. I guess u learned ur lesson on buying used equipment! Gravity drain that bitch... Make a strong shelf, elevated, and place the dehuey on it with the drain hose running down... Drop it in a bucket and pump it out if that's what ya want. And get co2 in that room, if ur sealed those bitches are starving for air.

I know your pain all too well. The damn basterds nearly killed 2 of my ladies, and one of them fell awfully behind because of it. Luckily I can be around my plants everyday, else the blumats would have killed at least one of them.

Have you ever heard about the "HarvestGeek" Project? It was funded on Kickstarter around March (I think), and I'm already really excited about it. It will eventually be available in August, can't wait for it. They say it's made for growing tomatoes and lettuce in Urban Areas but... well, just check it out. This thing is MADE for MJ.

Does anybody have experience using an external thermostat/controller of some type to control their mini split? Something is messed up with the temperature setting on mine...before i had it set low and temps would rise to 82-84. Now I have it set to 78 and the temps hold a steady 66 with lights on! I mean Ide rather be a little cool than a little to warm but its def not being very energy efficient... Its a 240V mini-split.

I got tipped off to this the other day. Not 100% sure it works with the Breeze but I don't see why it wouldn't, it's made for mini's 18,000 btu and higher.

What's wrong with just using the concrete? Pondliner would be my suggestion, if you're going to use anything :bongsmi:

Word up and no doubt. I'll make sure before I move to hand you the ladies to do your thing. Just hit the
MOB and 91SVAx98BLUEBERRY with my Ortega male on the lower flowers. Gotta preserve something cause everything is going. If need be I can get another cut or 2 of the MOB.
