An old college dorm trick is take a paper towel/toilet paper tube and wad up some dryer sheets and blow the smoke through it.

Best way to eliminate smoke?...that's easy..don't smoke plant matter, just smoke the resin and the stink factor is reduce by 60% to 90%.
Here's what I do, stop the car, (pull the bonnet up if you feel like it) smoke and then get back in and drive..simple and your car doesn't smell like a cop is gonna handcuff you if you have the bad fortune of being pulled over.
When inside your house, open a window (that faces away from your neighbors) and blow the smoke out, close the window..then the house doesn't stink.
but the best way is to not smoke plant matter at all..cos that's the stuff that really stinks up everything. Dry sift your bud and smoke the resin...two medium sized hits of dry sifted resin will get you higher than one stinky joint that will reek out your house and or your car..the added bonus is your lungs will be cleaner and you won't eventually hack up heaps of gunk everyday and when there's that KNOCK on the door or you see blue lights wailing behind your car, you won't be as paranoid....
If you smoke once per week or less, then a few tokes of bud is good and will get you there...but if you are like most IC members, who smoke everyday, then you would have to be crazy to smoke all that useless plant matter all the time, just smoke the stuff that gets you high, not the stuff that stinks things up and gunks your respiratory system (as well as dulling your buzz) and does nothing....the average bud contain about 90% no-active plant matter, it's the other 10% of resin (trichomes) that gets you buzzed.
Even dry sifted resin that contains a high percentage of broken up plant matter is 4 or 6 times cleaner for your lungs and 4 times or more less stinky than smoking bud (as you exhale a great deal less smoke when hitting dry sifted resin...and anyway when was the last time that smoking bud gave you warm ears, a tingle to your brain and a buzz that hits really hard?...I bet it wasn't from smoking bud in joints)

One good way is to just light some matches.The sulfur takes over all the other smells.Try it,it works.

I can't believe anyone would be stupid enough to spray chemical masking agents or light matches to add sulfur to the inside of your car and then get in that car and drive it!.........what do you want to do? make the top ten of the Darwin Awards this year or just die young from cancer?

It's sold in the automotive section of Walmart, not household, it'll be with the air freshener trees, get "new car scent", the original can be overly harsh imo.
Short of a small ozone generator or carbon scrubber, this stuff is the best smoke odor remover.

I've used vodka to cover up a weed smell in my apartment. (Because drinking is ok, but weed smoking is evil.) Might not be the best for a car though...
Chamba ... Why the negative aspect of calling folks stupid and retarded? We are answering with our opinions and experience... No one said we suggested rolling up the windows and inhaling these remedies...the match trick works...the ni-712 works...you comment about resin is a good one but not on topic on how to remove smells... Relax and smoke some of that resin of which you speak.

ozium walmart has it. auto section. it gets rid of bacteria and smoke odors . I keep can in car along with fabreeze. the fabreeze keep the carpet and material smelling good. I also have a can of axe body spray cause your clothing will reek and cops pick up on that too. I don't like axe particullary but it works and was on sale for 2 cans lol
a mobile vaporizer might help, does not smell up to much as smoking
and watch out with those air refreshener sprays, they might be unhealthy used in a small space as the car

In a car I find "Black Ice" scented trees or concentrated bathroom cinnamon sprays work well. Black Ice being the best in my opinion. Turn on the defrost rub it on your fingers and collar then toss that puppy on the dash. Make sure to keep it unopened in the car for emergency use or buy a new one every time you need it. It has worked for me in the past or the officer did not care one of the two as I was all midway thru the spliff with the windows up when I saw him coming and disposed of the evidence before he got to me. I would rather spend 5 minutes in a stopped car with windows down and air freshener than an undetermined amount of time in a cage of concrete and bars. Personal preference to each it's own. Now that I am older I tend to not even take have cannabis in my vehicle unless it's a camping event or some such. If I do I make sure to check all lights, signals, clean off the tags, check the expiration date and wear my seatbelt, not speed, or knowingly commit infractions leading to a traffic stop.
dude, smoking in the car in the cold is not the move, you just have to take the hit, bundle up, open your windows and go for broke. ive tried that before, in the car I just roll my windows down BUT im driving while i smoke, I never sit still or hot box my car;
hot-boxing your car (ESPECIALLY if you have all or mostly fabric interior) is a sure fire way to lock that smell in there if you use any manner of cigar paper. I find that if you smoke just the weed (pipe,bong) then it will only last for a lil while and all you'll have to do is air out to speed up the process.
theres this spray oil that they sell at most 7-11's or gas stations with convenience stores called "blunt power" (I think, or something like that) look by the lighters or where they keep the air-fresheners behind the counter.
from my direct experience NEVER try to roll anything in the cold, that cold air dries shit out faster than heat does!

Being older and wiser now I agree smoking while driving is not the safest way to keep your freedom. Pack a big fat brownie in your lunchbox instead. If it does look like the jamaican limo scene in predator 2 what do you do?
