In the first post in the thread you said you passed the building and electrical inspection but it looks like you haven't even started building. Will you have inspectors through again or is having them before you start the build just a loophole you use to pass inspections. Generally curious.

ya, thought i was. the city guy cam eby after and said to ground the switch.

the pics i posted are from today, i will have a dg lic there until all ducks are rowed. time to boogie. once power is there, i head to the lumber yard delivery service, and order up the material for the first room as mentioned. i already have a brand new 5 ton a/c from dez at h & m langley.

So do you get the building and electrical inspection done before you build or after?

k, this is the story.

hydro cut the power to collect past dues, the guy sold it to me without having power for over 6 months. that means the building and electrical need inspection before i get the power turned on.

so everything up to now is just to turn on the power.

i have certified builders, plumbers and sparkies in my camp to take care of all that stuff once the building phase starts. i just need power and heat to build for the building and staff, savey?

What part of the MMPR regs permit educational type activities? Do you plan on "employing" these students?

Are you going to be the SPIC or RPIC?

How do you plan on having a public seed business and a CPL? Do you not believe that would be considered diversion of an illicit substance?

What makes your beans "some of the most unique to come out of canada"?

With your high yields of 2.5+ per/KW and operating as a not for profit corp, what do you charge per gram, and what will you charge if you receive a CPL?

lol....I'm just happy to see someone sharing his experince with the whole process. Might help me learn a little more about what's all involved.

i already have an awesome building team. a couple plumbers and a couple sparkies. plus i have yet to meet a wicked hvac guy who is friends with my buddy. why, sup?

Just like anything else listed for sale - if they won't mention the price/ignore your inquiries about said price...

IT IS TOO MUCH/SCARY!!

Lack of response says it all - this ppl will keep on keepin' on, legal or not. Just keep it small. i will smoke 10 lbs of my own over 10 yrs before ever touching 1 gram of that overpriced shit, whatever the source.

Hell, around here the street corner has the "quoted CG price of 250/Z": beat by $50-$100. so, those who choose to revert to buying instead of keep growing due to legal risks once again - Where are they gonna go, eh?
