just read the article, why don't these old useless cocksuckers go and sit down for a while? jesus, these motherfuckers just don't get enough, aside form the revenue the people have voted on it, requested it, mandated it amongst so many other manner of request for sensible drug rules/policies/laws. its what the ppl want and that's that.

these bastards are truly all about control, if they cant control ppl then theres something wrong. sorry bitches don't even want to see how it works! jesus h, just let it be and see what it does for fucking once.

its all good though, im not worried about it anymore, IMO ppl have seen what other parts of the world are doing with it and CA has been one of our greatest examples of positive social cannabis use and societal inoculation. they know its all good, but cant stand to see ppl happy in any manner unless its what "they" want.

my vice is cannabis, its not consorting with whores, drinking, fucking lil boys or other guys, getting dominated or having my nuts punched on or kicked or any of that, its cannabis plain and simple. so because I don't do what you do then I cant have anything? man, fuck these assholes. just grow enjoy life the way the good spirits intended us to do and be happy

seriously, at this point I don't give two shits what they do, or how important they seem to be! fuck the feds and the whole band of cocksmokers needs to be irradicated

this is what i've been waiting to see, was going to happen, had to happen
and with luck, it may explode in their faces at SCOTUS
lot of discussion on this back during the Prop 19 days
one thing seems unlikely, the federal government is not going to be able to make state governments enforce its MJ laws
they want to do it, well, try doing it all on the DEA's nickel and watch the costs rise and rise

On the flip side... Maine has a legalization bill pending that will send it to the voters. The states are leading the way. We're overgrowin' them.

Time’s running out for these old-school drug warriors, so they need to start pulling out all the stops. Within 2 years, the world will know if their predictions of doom are going to come true in at least 2 states. If not, then everyone's going to know how full of shit they've been all these years and how destructive their prohibitionist policies really are. I expect we'll be hearing a LOT more from these guys in the coming months.

if thy move to that will be taking it to court n they will lose their last leg in supreme court ..

tenth amendment The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people. and no where in the constitution give the fed the right to make marijuana illegal lest an amendment was made such as the repealed prohibition amendment that was made n later repealed due to its failure and lack of public support ...

the majority cited previous rulings by the Supreme Court in similar situations. In New York v. United States, the Court invalidated a provision in a bill that "coerced" states to comply with a federal radioactive waste-disposal regime, holding "[t]he Federal Government may not compel the States to enact or administer a federal regulatory program". New York v. United States, 505 U.S. 144, 188 (1992).

also Mack and Printz v. United States was an important ruling in support of States' Rights and limits on Federal power.Scalia refers to the “dual sovereignty” established by the U.S. Constitution that federalism is built upon. His opinion states that the Framers designed the Constitution to allow Federal regulation of international and interstate matters, not internal matters reserved to the State Legislatures .

We start with first principles. The Constitution creates a Federal Government of enumerated powers. See Art. I, § 8. As James Madison wrote: "The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government are few and defined. Those which are to remain in the State governments are numerous and indefinite." The Federalist No. 45, pp. 292-293 (C. Rossiter ed. 1961). This constitutionally mandated division of authority "was adopted by the Framers to ensure protection of our fundamental liberties Just as the separation and independence of the coordinate branches of the Federal Government serve to prevent the accumulation of excessive power in any one branch, a healthy balance of power between the States and the Federal Government will reduce the risk of tyranny and abuse from either front

Kidd v. Pearson, 128 US 1 - Supreme Court upholding a state prohibition on the manufacture of intoxicating liquor because the commerce power "does not comprehend the purely internal domestic commerce of a State which is carried on between man and man within a State or between different parts of the same State"); see also L. Tribe, American Constitutional Law 306 (2d ed. 1988). Under this line of precedent, the Court held that certain categories of activity such as "production," "manufacturing," and "mining" were within the province of state governments, and thus were beyond the power of Congress under the Commerce Clause.

I would guess the legalese as referenced by clips is exactly the law that that fuck Holder is examining at this minute to see if there is a way to squash legal MJ. Lets hope there really is no way around it, we'll soon find out

if this is actual and factual then where do we need to start to put these ass hats on smash once and for all? just sign me the fuck up please, good god man, when is enough enough with these fucking morons? at this point I say fuck it, let it be taken to court, they can lose the one leg and we can lop off the other one, maybe a cheap shot to the throat so they can finally just sit down and shut the fuck up about OUR rights!

personally i think fed is going to avoid court at all cost n try other means by strong arming governors n using federal money as a leverage to force their policies .. sadly they may go after anyone n everyone in the process .. feds dont like to change their policy n look as though they were wrong all along .... sadly government doesnt have humility to accept truth , they would blindly wage war over a lie ... tis the loss of profits they also fear .. they know they are losing n will strike out any way they can. i pray the president doesnt go way of a excutive order .

I do agree with you there, there are always gonna pull some slimey shit and call it justice but hopefully the states can see the revenue from it all and realize that it can actually negate the fed all together.

the one real problem I do see is whether or not the state cops are gonna have to balls enough to tell/ keep the feds from bumpin around their backyardsl because you have to remember these are the feds we are talking about, theyre like worms with smiles, and they will do whatever they can to get their agenda across, so I just want to see how far they take that "to protect and serve" shit and specifically "WHO" they really plan to apply that too

To allow EDC saturated cheap PET plastic bottles to be used by Coca-cola to store and sell highly acidic ( As in EDCs are nicely soluble in acidic water as most things are) and addictive sugary soft drinks to our children and then to turn around and schedule other safe or unsafe natural drugs to be inaccessible to the public... this is insanity. Nevermind it is as unjust as unjust can be. To have the choice of what goes into YOUR body is YOUR right. It is your most basic human right and in this day and age, in the EDC and GMO saturated developed and developing world this is becoming both a matter of life and death for you and me and all of our family lines.
Its serious shit, the old world money that owns the patents on ineffectual and dangerous medical treatments and also co-owns the large chemical, bio-engineering and petro-chemical (plastics) industries does not intend on ending the our global rape anytime soon.Edit.. The bastards own the big food processing companies too and sugar, salt and fat is all I need to say.

If our right to choice of what we ingest is not protected by our right to liberty and life, what the F is? What the F is the point of it all, then we really are just slaves. This is and always has been as far bigger issue than cannabis. Bob Marley said it.. We know what to do..

they just dont get that they lose. Literally the only thing that is slowing down pot legalization at this point is them and the prison guard unions. We are just waiting for them to die and that is going to happen at a faster and faster rate as time goes on.

I would say the prescription drug companies want to keep it illegal, but they will just make new drugs based off cannabinoids and make money. Opiates are their big money maker, and they already control the poppy fields in Afghanistan, so they are flush forever. Not only do they sel the pills they sell the straight up heroin to the cartels and it is guarded and directed by the U.S. military and C.I.A. They could care less now. Pot cannot compete with opiates because it is not near as powerful and not addictive.

The DEA only exist to fuck the everyday man. It is a Gestapo.

"My fear is that the Justice Department will do what they are doing now: Do nothing and say nothing," said Bensinger. "If they don't act now, these laws will be fully implemented in a matter of months."

Well I've got some bad news for you, Peter Bensinger, former DEA administrator. You're not in charge of anything anymore and the rest of the world, or at least the country, is moving on without you.

It makes me laugh that this guy is seriously afraid of the federal government allowing the will of the voters to be upheld. He only agrees with democracy when it benefits his own interests... Allowing these laws to remain in effect is exactly what the feds should be doing, and this is the prohibitionists' worst nightmare.

They don't want to bring this up in court. They'll go after large grow ops and retail establishments the way they do with medical.

Colorado's setting pretty with that personal grow provision. That's really what we all want. Ain't much the feds can do about that.

1. Holder isn't stupid enough to go after all the individual users because he knows damn well he doesn't have that kind of manpower in the DEA on a state-by-state level.
2. Of course these assholes want legalization shut down immediately. A year of unharassed recreational use would be enough to make it obvious their overall social harm defense for criminalization is complete bullshit.

Edit: I should say more obvious considering cannabis is the most popular illegal drug in these United States and they have to greatly rig the statistics to say it's doing any social harm as-is.
