Ill agree with chem d being stronger, but I get sick of chem d, its nice for its potency but I wouldn't wanna only smoke it, whereas ill never get sick of well grown og

edit: still better looking than most of the og you see in clubs, and im sure it smokes great.

Everyone who seems to think OG is just "meh" here in the O has never grown or tried a real cut of OG. It's amazed me what people have given out as OG in the medical community here, so many things not even close to OG its ridiculous.

It's not from seeds, and I will agree they are not absolutely perfect but these are grown in soil so they don't look as juiced up as some flowers I see. TBH I think OG shines best in hydro mediums.

The fire I find to be incredibly difficult to grow, couple that with the low yield and the sheer difficulty getting cuts to root and it makes me move on before perfecting them. I still hold 3 OG cuts, I'll bring them out a few times per year but the yields are just not big enough to compensate for the extra work I have to put in with them. They're not garbage, but they aren't the end all be all either, different strokes for different folks .

P.S Louis is a bit easier to grow, prettier and has a bigger yield. Maybe I'll upload some pics later.

OG, sour D, blue dream ( bb muffin pheno) dream diesel, chem d ........ Sought out? If u have been around ur not"seeking" og's, there is still many " heads" that have been around seeking the chem cuts!!! IMHO

I agree the og's can be a bitch to grow, but I've consistently pulled 2lb and just under that with the rascal cut fire og in coco under 1k's. that is with 12 per a 1k
However random problems and slow rooting have happened whereas other strains don't. You have to stay on top of that ph pen or all of a sudden that fire og starts going bonkers!!

no disrespect intended, but you just described how some people smoke to get stoned, and some use it as a medicine. When used as a medicine,taste hardly figures into the deal, what does morphine or other pain killer taste like? When you are smoking for taste, I really doubt its a med thing, but hey, there's two states now, its not diff than cigs or a cold frosty, I just happen to use it as a med pain relief, thats why the power is the most important thing to me. JME. And hash is good, but its just not the same as smoking a finely grown, potent bud, IMHO

if your into cannabis strictly as a medicine than you should be growing high cbd strains and making concentrates with them....
I have some Cannatonic (cut tested at 18%cbd) shatter that is by far the most medicating stuff ive ever smoked. And by medicating i mean it alleviates any pain, its seriously mind blowing how effective it is.
But if your going to be smoking your medicine, why wouldnt you want it to be tasty and potent, nothing wrong with having the best of both worlds.

agreed, but with potency in the forefront. And I've tried those strains, Cannatonic, Harleyquin, etc, I guess some of us have systems that aren't the standard on paper or in theory as those strains have almost no effect on me, none whatsoever, mouse weed, woulnd't get a mouse high, doesn't help the pain nor does it help take my mind off the pain. Sorry bro, Im just a nobody, but I suspect the high CBD strains without the combo of CBN and THC will be a fad kinda like ruderalis, lol, or autoflowers, it may work for some, but many of us, even though it should as it says so on paper, doesn't work one iota. JME Just like the reports you are hearing bout the testing, so many labs test so many diff ways, hard to use that as a reference also,IMO. But you are correct, I just like the taste of smell of stank, like your nose buried in a nice, bushy muff. Not an orange, or a lemon, or a grapefruit, musky FUNK!

the one i have test at 7%thc and 18%cbd. I have multiple herniated disks, and until i tried cannatonic the chem d was the most effective pain relieving strain. And the bho made from the cannatonic is simply amazing.
I know there are 3 distinct phenos in the cannatonic, a high thc low cbd, a high cbd low thc, and a even ratio. I too have heard most people who have smoked harlequin or cannatonic have had little to no noticeable effects. I know the harlequin i tried didnt do shit

Sounds like you smoked the cannatonic X. The #4 is almost pure cbd. 12:1 ratio. Have seen the THC test as low as .7% with cbd at almost 12%. Saw another test with it at 15% cbd, 1.7% THC.
