Im concerned about wasted energy in the plants they are getting pretty tall and im not sure how to proceed further i topped them at about 4th node so its not like i can really lollypop and im worried as to how much light those bottom branches are even going to get..i dont really want a lot of larf of airy buds

I supercropped the shit out of them constantly. Had to.

I have grown this, it was by far the worst strain that i have even grown , It stretched out like 3/4 times its size, and grows like a pure sativa, it still made flowers in week 13, and some phenotypes weren't even ready yet. the yield was medium 800g under 1000w with a long grow period.

The smell and smoke were not bad, sour tasting, but the effect was weak and the bus were fluffy as hell.

i recently cut 2 cutting from each plant and numbered them 1-18 we will see how they turn out but they look great so far, definitely more stretch than i had anticipated but there are a few phenos that are shorter so chances are if they yield well i will keep those for my mother. The smell is great and they look very healthy looking forward to the next several weeks

Has the stretching slowed down for you yet Posternuggbag?

It's kind of funny, but we both have the same strain going at almost the exact same time. I think I flipped to 12/12 a few days later than you did, mine were flipped on jan 25th.

I had a couple that I didn't top during veg stretch out almost 4', the others that were topped stretched about 2.5-3'.

crazycarguy the stretching has finally subsided, has been pretty much the same for about a week now id say i took some time tonnight to really lollypop em as much as i could..they are really starting to smell great and the buds are coming along nicely mostly just along the canopy, ill try and post some updated pics tomorrow!

stretch on the GHS chemdog is 400% according to the seed specs. i also grow a ghs chemdog. keep light close , stretch last 2-3wks. nute hog,she GONNA stink,i see u have odor control....good.and ghs widow is ok not at all like arjans teachers widow. love your set up poster! and she yeilds well ,i b watching this one FH

i did some more lollypopping last night to try to reduce wasted energy since they got so tall the pic of the one in the kitchen is by far my beast of the group i think im going to use it as my mother, so many fat tops already and its a little shorter than the rest... thanks for viewing!

Nice plants. But...

- why lights are on the top of the box? put them little closer to buds
- with no hps photo I see lack of nutrients, add some to lighter plants

I have the same system (2 lamps i box) I'm testing HPS-MH in the same time.

i just pulled a couple of these 2 days ago one stinks so loud,the other hardly no smell looks og in structure good resin on both ,but not over the top

DRlsp, my lights only about 8 inches above my plants i noticed if i go any closer i start getting almost like a bleach spot on my top bud so im assuming its just too close

also i am loving the smell on these babys fuely type smell but a little perfume like as well hard to put a label on it

Ill try and post a few bud shots tonight!

Posternuggbag, mine have a fuel smell too, but with a lemon-ish smell as well. Smells amazing!

Hey PNB,

I saw that bleached-blonde top looking effect myself.

In fact the very tip of the bud reminded me more of something that grows
where there is no light at all. ...albino in a way.
