Yank, Roll - the #4 is CLEARLY very, very HA_OG dominant.

Just zip on over to Rare Dankness - and take a peek at the photos of WardaReekn' OG - which is HA_OG x RD#1..

It's almost like looking at the same group of plants...

I will say though, it has the hybrid traits sneaking in from the indica in the Happy Brother. Less stretch, fuller flowers, better stacking, terepene influence, etc...

Hammerhead - yeah, your keeper looks the odd ball out from the flower shots I've seen - I don't recall seeing a full plant shot of her anywhere. My #8 looks very similar to the photos I saw in 3rd's thread and what he declared the better plant in the group. However, my #7 is like the #8 on steroids. I'm not sure which will smoke better - 4, 7, 8 are being re-vegged for another go around...

I won't lie - I have visions of mono-cropping #4 dancing in my head...lol.

Karma - lol - I'll get on that PM - sorry brother! :respect:

Truthfully - I'm not sure the #4 is going to be the one I enjoy smoking the most. I am fairly certain #7 is gold - the terepene profile on it is just extreme.

But - #4 is looking like an ideal production plant. #7 - well, some things just belong in the head stash. ;)

Plants are JUST dry enough to burn at this point...took a small .3 or so snip off #7 and #8...

Strong weed.

#8 - more heady - more sour / pine / and unreal hash taste -flavor stuck in the back of the nostrils for an hour. Has a more typical modern high - sour/og - type. Cranial pressure behind the eyes, a bit light headed, fairly active, no couch lock - good social balance...

#7 - like a tranquilizer. Taste lingers more on the tongue - like a spiced chai - green tea - latte - and the effect is heavy indica. A very warming sensation over the entire body - like being wrapped in a blanket - sweaty palms and all. This is sit by a fire and snuggle into a warm blanket type of herb. Seems to loosen up the joints a bit too...feel very limber. It's a powerful smoke for certain.

Teresa, noWon, Architect, 40amps - thanks all for stopping in and following along. This thread will carry on for a bit still. We have a few phenos to re-veg and some more dry shots coming! Still have 5 plants with no dry shots...lol. :woohoo:

Very nice 3rd!!! That IS something to be excited about!

I'll admit - I'm enjoying and NOT enjoying the smoke. #4 I love - really do. The high on it is exquisite. Just classic, let's get stoned, huh...huh...huh...weed. Piney / earthy / slightly sweet hashy taste...yum! I still owe you all pictures of #4.

Some of the others - well, not sure if I'm just a wuss - but I get kinda anxious with #7. Fast pulse, tense jaw, shortness of breath - lol - it's some strong weed. HAHAHAHA. Not like black out strong - different kinda strong. I can imagine trying run away / escape this high if dabbing...I'm not adjusted to this effect. I'm typing right now "on" #7. My shoulders are stiff and pinned up against the bottom of my ear lobes...lol..I don't know about this high...lol. THE TASTE on #7 - not as pronounced as I was expecting it to be. The resin is VERY greasy / oily - not really sticky at all -and she smokes the same way - very smooth and creamy - still has that chai latte / green tea sort of taste to her - but it's a bit more hashy now.

But...#8 - we'll - where to start. The high is also more up - not quite as panicky for me. I don't think it's as strong as #7 - but the effect is the quite similar. BUT the taste on this plant is out of this WORLD! Take the classic sour diesel "sour" taste and pair that with the way Chinese take-out "orange chicken" smells - that thick, sweet, syrupy, sour orange. This herb smells just like that - sour orange glaze - and man, the taste coats your mouth like crazy. Really tasty herb. THE DOWNSIDE - is she was one of the lowest yielding plants and made a bit looser flowers - more leaf. She was the frostiest though.

And #8 did begin her re-veg just uncanny fast - she been under 24 hr light about 10-11 days. Can't complain about her flexibility.

I should also say that #7 is STILL like a tranquilizer. It's high has just matured a bit. That effect has hit me now like round 2 is beginning...like running into a brick wall. Rather suddenly, I'm relaxed...heavy limbed, dozy thoughts...want to curl into a ball and nap.

It's like #7 beats you up and then sends you to bed with no dinner....lol...ie no munchie effect with these flowers. Which is nice - I don't like being overly hungry with unsatisfiable appetite.

Well, I am a bit spoiled - I won't lie. The Happy Brother cut is in the cloner - we'll see if she gets roots or not - so hopefully, I'll know a bit more about Happy here soon.

40A - It really does smell JUST like that. No other way to describe it. It's so much so I literally had mentally imagery of take-out containers upon breaking it up...lol. And the smell isn't really getting any more mild as it cures up a bit - it's just more settled. More melded - rather than distinct separate tones, I guess...is how to put it.

Smooth, I hate waking up the next day and feeling like I gorged myself the night before. Awful feeling. So it's certainly nice not to be driven to eat. It's just not one of the medical effects I seek; Thank goodness I'm not afflicted in that manner. (inability to eat / hold down food)

THC123 - But yes, I agree completely. I think as the thread progressed, she had been identified a couple times - early in veg, as flower progressed - for having a more Happy Brother traits. She was even given two stars on her bag when she went into flower by the "HB" portion of her labeling...indicating to me I had expected her to be majorly HB dominant in flower - and we certainly weren't wrong.

And I am a bit spoiled - I won't lie. The Happy Brother cut is in the cloner - we'll see if she gets roots or not - so hopefully, I'll know a bit more about Happy here soon. :thank you: :dance013:

Brotherhood OG #4 dried

I love smoking this herb. Karma, I wasn't sure which plant would hit the spot for me - but man...love it. I SHOULD have jumped on that spot in those Biker Kush v2 testers - you still looking? As again, if that is HA_OG Bx2 - and I KNOW this pheno is HA_OG dom coming from the same Bx1 daddy - what say ye, Karma?!?

If she makes it through the re-veg, I'm going to be growing A LOT of this plant...

Oh and so you get an idea of how dense these flowers are - this was 7g. The one large bud was 4.3 and slightly longer than a bic lighter and much fatter...lol. These flowers are a mixture of greasy/oily and a bit more tacky resins - and the trich heads are quite small. Large swollen calyxes squished flat / blockish by the buds density. VERY good pot. (for me) I think 9/10 people would prefer the taste of #8 and the high of #7 - and perhaps find #4 a big bland in comparison. And perhaps they would be correct. But #4 really has the high / effects I seek when looking to medicate - it gets me there and keeps me there. Can't say enough about how nice that is.
