I normally don't talk prices here.... but my god my area (WA) is flooded with NorCal.... not to mention our own... I haven't seen more than 25 since summer. And I don't believe this to be isolated to my particular area... but like many have said, its all about who you know.
And indoor is going nuts due to our legalization... the state is estimating retail stores by December.
Which is going to be an interesting outcome either way.

I just saw an ad yesterday on a bud-site for mexi brick going for 200 per
interesting...i just know of a few folks who moved to MI recently and run decent sized ops and most of their stuff goes to other places like WI and MN...most of the police in any med state are anti marijuana if you have bulk amounts of evidence of drug sales..
i was also wondering about mexican prices...because you can get some premature backyard boogie for like 800 a LB now in cali. they were going for 450-500 last year in tucson...you will NEVER find mexi brick in cali, once it comes across the border only an idiot would take it to CA, once they are inside the US it all goes to non-med states..
smart mexicans and cartels are just moving INTO the us now to grow it domestically....plently of indoor warehouse operations are cartel funded, as well as some of the mega OD farms in norcal.

I saw mexi schwag in cali about a year ago.
My super tweeker neighbor was standing in the middle of the road and stopped me and asked if I could help him with a jump start on his jeep, I did and he ended up giving me about an oz of nasty black ass schwag that I first thought was old purple outdoor until I looked closer.
I was headed over to a buddies house at the time and walked in and told him, 'hey, look at this bomb ass sample my neighbor just gave me' and threw the bag on the table. was a good laugh for sure.
That being said I used to smoke the shit out of some brick weed when I was younger, thats all that was around for a long time, seen the good the bad and the ugly.

I know of an op in Taylor where(Wayne County) police took 15 lbs and $4k in cash uprooted all plants and never charged anybody with anything. told my friend he had his patients plants in same room and that is violation.

it is still all over the south. It is still king in Texas. 30 bucks for an ounce. I have bought pounds of it in the past for 300 bucks just to turn into bubble hash when good bubble hash went for 40-50 a gram there. I would usually get about an ounce of bubble out of the pound and then turn that 300 bucks into about 1000 bucks. lol.

hahaha now theres a candidate for the stainless pipe. Too bad Im too much of a safety vag to deal with that much butane. one run after hosing down the yard, throwing all the breakers and wrapping myself in wet towels was enough for me. but what a great use for all that brick.

I havnt seen the Mexican brick weed since the mid seventies. I used to buy "Lids" of it. I also bought weed in bags that was measure of Fingers. A five finger bag was a good sized bag.

Anyway, it seems like demand is picking up in the central valley. We were flooded out a month ago, but people are looking for top quality now and are paying a bit more. By summer, I think prices are going up quite a bit. Lots of Cali weed went out of state. Its gone!

know this is mainly about Cali. but down in Fla. prices for good quality is skyrocketing. There is so much cali outdoor floating around, people including myself will pay more for quality shit. Every single broker i know around here is loving life. Getting it in for so cheap and charging 27+ for that poo outdoor.
It's sickening how bad quality has gotten around here. It's honestly gotten to the point where people are calling good(not great) greenhouse/light depot, Top shelf indoor lol.
On the breakdown, now in So. Fla you can pretty much charge about 400/z again for some properly done tahoe/larry and etc. because it's just that harder to get properly done pheno selected strains.

2+ years in MI. Not Detroit. In the Liberal City/Town an hour West.
It was interesting. Loved all the Heating and Cooling necessary. You will need a solid H & C Man. Outdoor, pretty much forget it with the Humidity.

Later, I signed up with a Wealthy Dude intent on growing, and cornering the market. He was Balls-Out Mad -
and had an Aeroponic Situation with 7 rooms - and NO experience growing. After the 4th failure, I was called in..
I set up a Mother Roomm for His Ass., And Learned how to run the "Spaceships" as I called them. Also, how to build the systems.. All good experience.
They called me the "Golden Buddha," 'cause I turned it around into an enterprise of decent success.
But what was someone starting out with Aeroponic and NO experience thinking filling that many rooms with equipment, and no way to run it..?? Bizarre..
The Hare-Brained Ideas in MI are legendary. You'd not believe all the crap I heard over there.
For good or ill, I returned to Ca. Was tired of staying in the House due to Too Hot or Too Cold.
About 6 months after I was back out West, the aforementioned House in the Midwest, that I had been living/working ALONE in and administering the rooms below was broken into and ripped completely by 3 Armed Men. An Inside Job, IMHO. A neighbor, no doubt. There were many. The "Big Man" refused to get Filters.. No Matter how much I stressed that the Apartments surrounding the House could smell it. And it wasn;t the Money, there was a garage filled with extra ballasts and bulbs etc. all in boxes..
One Day, I went over the other side of the fence, on a "Bikeride," and could smell my own flowers myself. Section 8 housing all around the property. DUH... That was not going to end well. I saw the writing on the wall on many fronts. Dude was overspending Big Time. Now is complaining that He will never make his Money back. This was my advice on DAY ONE. Fresh off the Plane.. "Stop Spending. GROW. Reinvest after earning some Dough..!!!"

FWIW, Offers still stand for Me in MI. and I may make the move again someday - People can be Super Solid and Honest in The Mitten. THAT is very refreshing. The Midwest Mindset can be very agreeable to deal with.
I almost got used to it, but not the Climate.. Now I am back with the Aquaintances that call themselves Friends (Comparatively Flaky, Narcissistic NorCal People), mostly Hanging with Transplants who still have retained some Ethics and Heart..
But all in all, life is drudgery in MI compared to Sunny California..
