I wish I could conjur up a UFO on demand but I sure can't.

Really the best answer is always I don't know.

This way we keep an open mind and we keep thinking about it.

Time travel presents many paradoxes and just thinking about that can make your eyes glaze over like a good joint of sour bubble.

Carl Sagan wrote the cosmic connection and the book is a disgrace scientifically.

Watch out for bad science because proof is hard to come by when trying to catch a possibly extra dimensional superior intellect by the tail. The time travelling mothas could go into your mind and make you have any sort of memory or experience.

So be ready to be either eaten or enlightened by an alien or an angel anytime soon.

Peace BushDog,, Ya know my view on this subject,, Beem!!! me up cuz!!:friends:

Or time has already secured that gift...

How do we know we aren't them?

Where's Anti when you need him?

Recycling seems to make sense....

Maybe Anti isn't bothering now since you've decided to mock him personally, as well as the use of logic in analyzing problems. But I'll try again. Since we share about 99% of our DNA with chimpanzees, if you want to believe that we are the aliens then you'll have to include some apes on that colonizing spaceship. Go there if you wish.

Questioning could be a form of mockery though that wasn't my intent.

I've went back and forth with Anti plenty of times Rabbit.

I think you're onto something there with the chimps. We share the same percent with mice.

I went there.

but what a difference that 1% to 2% makes!

if we want to wax scientifical, we can say that in terms of genetic make-up, like mr. mustard pointed out, all organic life shares a lot of dna at high % levels. however, it is the minicusle differences within that likeness that gives each form of organic life its uniqueness.

anyway...

in the Venezuelan Andes, there's this big group of people who are true ufo believers, however, their take on the nature of these ufos is that they are neither 'alien' nor man-made...

their theory is that you have Angelic space/time ships, and you have Demonic ships that are only able to space-travel and cannot time-travel like the Angelic ships can.

I used to go to this food place in my home-town where all the walls where painted with glacier lagoons up in the mountains with space-ships overing over the lagoons.

the place sold all kinds of traditional drinks and foods only. it was cheap and delicious, so between classes I would go there to eat something and chat with the owner about ufos; I always took what he said with a big grain of salt, I still do, however, it's really cool story telling nonetheless. it sure beat having lunch at the university's cafeteria listening to the dumbasses talk about cars or politics...

Just considering the sheer vastness of space ... The observable universe is 156 billion light-years wide ... I would think that it is basically impossible that we are alone. Just statistically speaking.

It's not that hard to believe.

to throw more wood into the fire, I did a quick youtube search, typed 2012 ufo sightings, this came 2nd in the search results, checked it out and looks pretty good.

however, I'm an idiot at identifying altered videos or photos, unless it's so obvious any idiot can :D but these looked good.

If that video counts as GOOD, I can't imagine why you don't believe in Sasquatch and the Loch Ness Monster.

Maybe you do.

All I see in that entire 7+ minute video are lights in the sky, blurry, shaky footage and some artifacts that could've been added by any 15 year old with Adobe AfterEffects.

If that's enough to convince you, i have a video of myself holding some seeds. Little do you know that they are actually MAGIC beans and will make all your wishes come true.

Only $1,000 per bean. Act now.

this has nothing to do with bombadils vid. but if you (anti) got bid in the ass by a freakin alien you still would not believe. there are highly intelligent people with scientific backgrounds that do believe in aliens here on earth.

what about archeology then. artifacts pop up where they dont belong, we are constantly finding new evidence that push back the age of civilation. But i learned in school that we where huntere gatheres way back but evidense pop ud that discredit these theories. but when in school these statements where facts. science does not always show the whole picture. especialy when undiscovered
