Speaking of prototypes...

The inner dimensions are 12"x12"xwhatever
2" PVC tubes set up in a RSWC system(nutes/water pumped from res to top...gravity takes over)
10 clones per tier (custom 1" netpots...obviously )
Tiers are 6" apart (additional 2" from the PVC above)
Fan on the bottom of light configuration to blow heat?/smell upwards
Scrubber n' exhaust located in seperate chamber above
Lighting is 4x55w T5...or whatever is on hand.

...hmmm...can't find the finished one...I'll look for it when I get back but this is a rough sketch.

I've got materials to build this...so if anyone wants to chime in on improving this thing lemme know.

Sweet prototype man! I do have an immediate suggestion for you... forget about custom 1 inch netpots and just use neoprene collars. That would be much easier to "customize" to get to the size disc you want. Or you could just buy a pack of 'em!

Otherwise that's a nice design, and I'm going to think about it more and see if anything jumps out at me.

Spent two hours trying to find 1" net pot's bro...nobody gots 'em. Cut the top off of a plastic pop bottle and turn it upside down...well then we have a 1" net pot.

The chop is near.

I lifted the light this morning, raised the wire till the pots were almost lifting off the shelf, and spent 5-10 minutes massaging the branches to slip the colas out of the wire.

So now the ladies are free, and the chop will be a snap. I wonder how much grief I'll catch when I use the food processor to process most of the plants for 'Butter'?

Rofl dude I just got in trouble last night for using the Pyrex baking dish to evaporate my qwiso! I know the pain, man! I just told her, "well, if I was going to have to buy one, I figured you should get the new one, and I'll take this one."

My legal T5 Grow

Im a new grower thats all into T5s. I have 2 4x4 sunblaze T5s and plan on getting more.I have FFOF in 3 gall pots.Im using Dyna-Gro nutes with a few additives. Im playing with this 1st grow, and will flower them while still small since I havent finished my growroom yet.
Budget comes in installments.Once I finish Im adding AC and venting etc.
I am a legal medical marijuana patient in a legal state complying with all state laws.

I plan on possibly adding more T5s as side lighting or using ones now as side lighting and stepping up to 400wHID.Its all in the air.The more successful I am the more I will invest so I can provide myself with my own medication. The AC is to keep me cool in summer months as its steadily in 80s-90s *F where I live.

Bumping Up the Lumies...

Playing around yesterday and went to Home Depot ( ya know that's guna cost ya..."-) ended up adding 2 - 42w CFL to the seed crop cab, adding another 6K of Lumies...

They have some 90w CFL's that will be next on my list and the clip on fixtures work well for moving them around to where the light is needed...

PS... Very proud of myself for adding the Lumies and keeping the Cost down ($40) I went to bed. Check the cab today at noon and found out I plugged the new lights in the wrong timer and they were on 5 hours longer then norm... oops..."-)

Thanks Noyd... Sure lots do Bonsai all over the world to kleep there mothers, not sure if this is Bonsai but it's in a 1gal pot...
