Plan on taking them around 70 to 75 days. The Lime is best taken around at day 70 to retain that oily type flavor on the sides of the tongue. Wanting to keep that aspect of it but with the diesel in the mix I'm wondering if 75 would be better. Just not sure at this point. Will have to decide here real soon I reckon.

Why did you choose Lime Kush? Its a bit weedier than Bubba, but stays squat and colorful too. So as you probably know its a much lighter high (potency and length of effects) than Abusive, SFV and most other Fire kushes. It doesn't produce strong bubble either. I could only think of one reason to use LK in breeding and that would be to add colorful finish in a small population of the offspring, but the proof is in the pudding I guess! Im running Ganesh's Strawd f3's at the moment an am lovin the funk shes producing. Hella dank nugs ya got comin along there bro. Diggin the SSS name....she def. puts out lol.

Great question. 2 reasons
1-Although it is not as strong as other so called Kushes, it produces well and combined with the Strawberry Diesel, I am hoping for a larger yielding plant and hoping the SD adds some punch to it.Also, the lime have nice bag appeal as does the Strawberry Diesel so what we're seeing is some very nice looking nugs.
2- Even though the Lime is not as strong as other Kushes, I LOVE the oily stick to the sides of the tongue thing it does. The flavor profile is very nice imho. I was hoping that this characteristic would transfer into the cross. And from the plants that have been grown in soil by my buddy itzaplant it has. It has an oily strawberry chap stick type flavor that sticks to the sides of the tongue like the lime does and that's part of what I was shooting for..
I know some people have sampled it this past weekend and I would really love to have them give their input, good or bad, as to their thoughts on it. After all, smoker input on a strain determines whither or not a strain is a keeper, or not!
Main reason I'm doing this on my tables is to see exactly what I can get out of it yield wise. If the SD adds the potency along with it I'm thinking it will I'll be happy.
I didn't set out trying to make the strongest strain I could make, I have some other strains in the mother room that would have done that, but something with an interesting flavor and decent potency that leave a memorable experience for those that try it out. Nothing more nothing less..

I am one of the lucky ones who got to enjoy the limey d as itza called it, I called it super snapple. I called it that because the taste was light strawberry with some kiwi/lime in the finish on exhale and the flavor simply coated the mouth and hung for a couple minutes. The high was a good subtle afternoon kind of high for me, lifted me up with a clear heady high and a nice body buzz that helped out some of my aches and pains. Over all it was a very pleasing experience and would rate it at an 8 on a scale of 1 - 10. Great job imo!

Great flavor.... was lucky enough to smoke a sample at NYE show and thoroughly enjoyed it.... taste came through very OG ish to meDef the top new flavor of our nye experience.

Update- Beginning of Week 8, Day 49
Starting to get what looks like nute lock out. Dropped the ph to 5.7 to see if it wards it off.
Plants are drinking up about 2.5 gallons per day. Been maintaining EC at 1.4 and for the past several days keeping the PH at 5.7. Smells and bud density are the same as described last week. More sticky, gooey resin is building up on the buds and leaves.
On to the pics.
