Not much to show in the flat sog. Just waiting for them to build more roots and get some legs. Once they become vigorous and happy they get flipped. Probably just a few more days.

Well when you grew up in a place where hand grenades are on 5 for 10 special at the local market, you tend to develop a rather dangerous disposition. Let's just say i'm not the type of guy you want coming for you either, so it works for us . Probably should thank somebody as she hasn't killed me yet, i'm the biggest asshole I know .

I dont care if the plants are not very interesting at this point, I just wanna get the general idea about whats going on above and below in the root zone. The last time you posted picks of the Horizontal room was 14 days ago. I certainly hope they have grown a little bit since then. Hope you are not over-vegging them, trying to get a huge rootmass.

Are you planning on using some netting to support the colas once weight starts stacking?

Don't worry REDBUD. My plan is to document this SOG experiment as it plays out. (for all to see) But...like i said, the clones look virtually the same as they did 14 days ago. (except the yellowing of lower leaves when they start to pop roots). The colder temps in that room have slowed the rooting process some and normally by this time they would be vigorous and probably ready to flip. Temps in the room have been 68-70. (not ideal for rooting clones)
I came this close to putting a heater in there but decided to just leave them be. They will get there soon enough. I don't plan on rooting in the system. (I just did this time because its the first run and it freed room in my tent to get things in order in there) After this run i will have clones rooted, vigorous and ready to load as the room gets harvested.

As far as netting goes? Yea.. I should probably start thinking about that.

TEST RUNS are always a learning experience.

Maybe just a small fish tank heater for the RES? Get the water temp up a little? Rooting always goes faster a little warmer (not hot, just a little warmer).

Anyways....Rootin cuts in the setup takes time , and with lower temps it`ll take longer so.........

Smokin a whole hawg split down the middle with both halves injected with Cajun garlic butter and BBQ seasonings.....and....

Blackeyed peas and turnip as well as collard greens with smoked hamhocks for health and prosperity in the coming yr......along with jalapeno , sausage , creamed corn and 3 cheese iron skillet corn bread ta sop up all them juices and such.....Ya`ll come getchas some...............

Blackeyed peas, ham and collard greens!!! I just got an invite from my neighbor to come over on new years day for all that. Something about prosperity when the peas swell. The ham brings you positive motion and the collard greens are green bringing you lots of money.

I turned my lite up tp 1000. its still scratching 72-5 in my tent.....just threw in heater last night!

I bought a REAL hand grenade (fuse and explosives removed) from Ft. Hood area truckstop......I have no idea where I was...it was 2:30 am in the morning and I was a bit wired and tired.....

edit: it's pretty friggin cold here at the coast....I had to add a small heater to my flower/veg area to turn on automatically when lights are off to keep my temps within a 8-10 degree

Honestly it was a joke, 5 grenades for 10 bucks. Though in all seriousness, my girl did grow up in a place where it's easier to get a hand grenade most days, than food. And yes they are insanely cheap there (bout 15 bucks each if do the conversion)....... Doesn't make for a good bed time story, nor is it easy to deal with her some days, but she loves me inspite of who I am/was. You guys know the me that is trying really hard to be a better person. She knows/has seen the monster that I've been most of my life. I'm amazed everyday that she has stood by me unflinchingly through things that would have most people running for cover or the mental ward.

I agree with this.. you should put a fish tank heater in the rez to up the temps of the water at least ... then it the cold air temperature wont really matter...I used to use them them in my cloners when it super cold and it will definitely make a difference... it should never really take longer than 10 days to root in aero cloner unless you have a super finicky cut, just saying...and if you plants are slow to root , they may be slow to grow too... better to address it now, cause it should get a little colder outside before it gets warmer again
