CC Sour D & AJ's Sour D Question

Hi HGO I haven't heard of a verified AJ original sour diesel over here if the AJ cut is infact the tightly hoarded original (aka ECSD). Unless the cut OJD got off f.u.c.k.e.m crew is the AJ cut.

Hey man from what I've learned, the AJ is the real deal ECSD, I'm not sure if that's the same AJ that is floating around the UK but from what I gather it was called AJ Sour Diesel by a clique in the northwest USA before Rez renamed it to ECSD, Rez renamed it ECSD in an article in High Times because people on the west coast were passing around the SD cut and were calling it West Coast Sour Diesel .....ugh....such a nightmare mate. I don't know if the Fuckem cut is the AJ's SD but it sure looks legit and ojd seems very happy with her.

I think the confusion may stem from the original diesel/daywrecker/headband being referred to as the AJ cut. I have seen pics on other forums referring to the AJ cut that look suspiciously like the original diesel, which adds to the confusion.

It's all a total mess mate.

The legit diesel cuts I have seen over here are:

Sour D f.u.c.k.e.m cut (used by CSG for breeding)
Sour D CC cut
Sour D Hazyfontazy's cut
Original Diesel (from DNA brought back by Jah Hoover)

I think Jah also got a legit sour diesel sent from the states back in the overgrow days but lost it.

Unless the f.u.c.k.e.m cut = AJ cut = Rez/H3ad/CrazyComposer/Jimmynitz/SmokeyPuffmaster's cut.

True and OJD may be able to help with this as True has smoked Rez's cut I believe.

Also I don't think enough attention has been given to Hazyfontazy's cut. I haven't seen many pics of it and the ones I have seen were early on in flowering, but it did look pretty authentic.

RIL I don't know if chaco was associated with f.u.c.k.e.m, I think I need to do a bit more digging!

So is the AJ and CC the same cut? Reason I ask is because I got a SD cut labeled as AJ/CC Sour D so I'm assuming they're the same cut.

From what I gather AJ's Sour Diesel the original sour diesel from the north west USA (not to be confused with original diesel aka DNA cut)

ive heard two different things about aj cut...

1) its the original sour d through genetic drift kept to the sour side of things where the orignal went another way or someshit.

2) its just a different cut to the ECSD in general.... but still ecsd lineage where from not sure.

anywho a birdie told me sometime soon the real deal cut would be over that way... -=]

The OSD/aj cut is different from the ECSD.. The ECSD is what Homer J pimpin has in his post.. the OSD/AJ cut is what you see in Fractalz pics. The thing about the OSD/aj cut is that it looks so different everytime you grow it and it is shaped different depending on how big the plant is.. short small plants = flat tops like some pics you may have seen. Large plants have spear tops or very foxtailed out tops with multiple foxtails coming straight off the tops.

I have not grown the original diesel but i have smoked it and it seems to be very very much like the OSD/aj.. not sure if it's the same cut but very similar.

the ECSD is quite a bit different, looks better in pics and is almost always spear shaped.

I wish i still had that ecsd cut from back then, it had a crazy smell of a fuelly lemon fairy liquid type of smell that i have not smelled on the OD cut i have. The OD cut is more of a heavy meaty fuel diesel stench.

Here's a picture of the SD IBL Riri cut that I grew out a lil while ago, she is "picture perfect" for ECSD, she sure held onto her mammas stretch.
