In my experience I get way better result with some LST and fan leaves removal in veg and bloom. I don't go too hardcore but I surely get some lights in there to make those branches explode with growth.

I think DT ain't a fool, with such a dense canopy his middle and bottom buds will look like shit if he didn't had those fan leaves removed.

I ran a small commercial of 10 x tables and I remember the work involved in that. I can't imagine the effort & determination it took just to put yours all together & dialled in! Phenomenal! Great point about the pruning after the stretch.

Yes they do. They are not bad nutes but since moving to California I have learned a lot about plants and know what the plants like and it's Aptus

They took over in the Netherlands so that speaks for itself

I'm dutch and I tell you what, the best growers in the world are in California

People used to look at holland for quality but no longer they all look to California and the rest of the US is catching up fast

Try Aptus side by side against canna and H&G and see what the B.S is all about

Sure Dutch, mixing is hardly ever a good idea, as these lines are formulated to work in harmony with their counter parts, which products should I run with, when I give Aptus a go? the whole line?

Yeh sure Canna is a little pricey, but as I stated I get a great deal on it, so for me its only negative (price) doesnt exist!

Also alot of you do not realise you can ring the main wholesaler, (if you use a lot of the product) and a devise a pricing scheme.

When I reuse coco i pull what roots I can out then I drench it with fulvic acid and ecozen

We spend all that money creating a biological breeding so to throw it away doesnt make any sense.

If your using heavy salts then you will need to let the coco rest. 1 load in the room being used and 1 load resting., then 1 load being prepared to go in the next cycle

I use all the Aptus boosters along with the base boost pellets but I'm running tests at the moment with a whole bunch of different bases.

My GF has really gotten into growing latley and has been asking me to set her up her own grow..So I set her up a 16 lighter this month. 8 x 8 flip. She now runs a 72 lighter, 35 lighter and a 18 lighter.

She is going to run H&G with Aptus at her grow. She's only been growing for about a year full time so it will be interesting to see how she does. It will also allow you guys who ask if its worth running in smaller shows if it actually is worth it. I am betting she'll kill it.

I'll update you guys on how she does.

I just used Canna A & B with the Aptus feed schedule through the roots then did a foliar feed every 10 days with insect frass

Max ppms on weak 6-8 were at 1100 when I took it up past that I started to see burning

For sure canna will come out top for quality but either flora nova or heavy 16 for yield

Thanks DT. Yeah seems like jack having hell crazy result with heavy 16 + aptus. Personally, smoke quality wise, canna is always the best compare to other brand.

Dutch, I figured since there has been a lot of chatter about using different bases along with Aptus I'd ask if you've ever heard of or used "Mills Nutrients" It's a brand out of Holland.. Standard 2 part A&B for base nutes then they have 3 basic boosters too. I've been hearing a lot about it from all the hydro shop guys using it on their personal grows.. they all seem to be stoked on it but have yet to start carrying it.
