Yep, the plasma has moved on to the 2k tent.
There she is in her new home. The cool sun replaced a ss2 hood that has now moved into the led tent, so its the 3 kessils in there with a 430 hps at the moment.
I'm not going to do a proper thread for the led/hps version of the tent, but I will prolly stop by this thread with little updates and a yield check to see how they compare

Looks like the nugs are allllllmost ready for jars, so yeah, should have some dry pics and yield numbers in a few days once the moisture level stabilizes.

Aww thanks! Dunno if I'd go so far as to say Plasma/LED is the best, but for personal growing it just might be. I don't have the final numbers yet but I can say yield isn't all there vs HPS. The quality though is exceptional! Frostiest buds I've ever seen, and the smell, it's so robust and intense!

Now as for Plasma/LED vs Plasma/HPS, I've never used the plasma with HPS, so really I can't comment there. In brief, I will say that since adding it to my 2k tent, the buds under it seem to be the same size as the rest, but more defined, like they are growing more dense. Too soon to say though really.
One other thing to keep in mind on that subject - there are 2 kinds of Gavita LEP now, the one that has been out with the "02" version of the bulb that has a more full spectrum, and the "01" version with a more blue spectrum that is designed for veg or HPS supplementation. I have the 01 version, so it sorta makes that question a little loaded as mine was always meant to kick it with HPS.
