Finally more space

I finally got a bigger place and decided to throw the 400 watt away and go bigger. wired 240 and got a 600 watt with a digilux bulb to put in a 4x4x6.5. i got 2k with digilux bulbs for a 4x8x6.5. my plan is to take these 9 plants 26 days old 5 BOG Lifesaver, 2 TSI Fly, 2 Moscra Negra Fire Fly and clone them and put them in to flower in the next few days. i will take as many clones as possible of each not knowing the sex. i will keep 12 of the best females to grow. each month i will have a 12 plant rotation. i have these plants in 1 gallon smart pots and am about to use 2 gallon for flower this time and go to 2 gallon smart pots for veg and 3 gallon smart pots for flower. i hope big numbers.

Like the layout and your plan. I veg in 1 gallon smart pots then transfer to 3 gallon smart pots for flower so very similar. I do it to save space in my vegging area. Might have to test out the 2 gallon idea.

yea i had limited space were i was and i knew i was about to be out so i used 1 gallon im gonna test 2 gallon and see if there is any difference i might try a 1 gallon veg and 2 gallon flower also. i have to many experiments and not enough space and time.

about to head to work took clones last night and swapped the babies on 12/12 my camera took one pic then died battery is charged now but lights are off. ill update pics tonight.

threw the babies on 12/12 yesterday,day 29, cant wait to see how many girls. got 6 rocketchunk2 clones fresh out the clone machine,tsi fly, fire fly, sweet tooth and mr. nice seedlings.

Nice mang! i cant wait to see how many females u get too! that is the downside of growing from seed but it does feel way more nostalgic!

Sounds like some great genetics you've got going there and a nicely sized tent for the 600w. Now we play the waiting game, trawling for females haha!

thanks everyone for the nice words. i am kinda new at this, on my third indoor run, ive read a bunch on these threads and love to learn. thoughts or ideas would be appreciated. im a indica lover and so thats what i am growing, so if anyone has ran any of these stains some hints or tips would be appreciated. thanks

How far along are your babies? have you figured out females/males? Cant wait to see your 600w grow!!! im using a 600w too!

i put the seedlings in 12/12 under 1k down on 75% a few days ago they were 28 days old i have clones and seedlings under my 600 watt. i want to do 12 every month after i sort the females and figure which ones are the best.

gotcha.. so do you flower your seedlings to figure sex? then re veg them?

no i took 2 clones from each plant. i will keep the ones off the females, i made a diagram on paper of my clone machine and labled it. i might take some clones off the plants around day 21 and try massive cropping.

i pulled 4 males out last night. 2 are showing female flowers, waiting on the rest to show sex. hopefully tonight they will be all showing and i can transplant to 3 gallon smart pots.

update, i transplanted the 7 girls 2 nights ago and they love it. took th e clones out of the machine and put into 2 gallon smart pots. 13 of 14 rooted and i kept a afghan x erdpurt, tsi fly, and fire fly seedling for 16 this next run in 3 or 4 weeks.
