@ TYGA: i did notice you were using Agromax tents for flower. I did run into a issue with off gassing with mine and ditched it and went with a open room setup. i have pics in my MBS and Z99 tester thread about what the off gassing did to the crop. had me running around in circles untill a good man helped out (thanks andyo :tiphat) keep a eye on it.

Thanks man, that would make a lot of sense because literally the day after they get moved they start showing weird signs when nothing has changed besides the tent they are in and the light they are under. Is there any way to test for off-gassing? Now that I think of it I haven't pulled a crop from this tent as of yet....

@ TYGA: When you open your tent does is have a fresh beach ball plastic smell coming from them when u open the tent (smell will be faint or stong depend on how bad its OG)? i know mine was coming from the pvc frame that was doing it.

heres my old crop dealing with off gassing during the 2nd week of flower. notice the pale leaves starting from the top and working its way down. also causes rusting color (Chlorosis) in the leaves.

Ya man, all signs seem to be pointing towards off gassing bur my frame is metal and I don't notice the smell your describing. But as far as plant symptoms you hit the nail on the head... I have mow since moved them back under the t5's in the 2x4 tent still under 12/12 until I break this bitch down and get a new one. Any suggestions on a reasonably priced tent? Perfer to avoid agro.... Haha

tyga just make one ull be way better off.. i buy pandafilm .. and make my rooms into tents pretty much..... u could always use the frame and line the inside of frame with pandafilm to avoid offgasing inside the tent if it is the frame.. but who knows.. i just use pandafilm because of ease somepeople think its tough to put up.. but if u use a staple gun.. and duct tape.. havent had a problem.!

Sounds like a plan... So the off gassing is usually coming from the tent itself or the frame? Because if its coming from the frame ill have to start from scratch. If its the material I can still use the frame and just replace the material with poly.

Thanks man.. going to line the frame is panda film on sunday and hopefully get some kick ass plant's going! It was aggravating the shit out of me watching the vert tent kick ass and running pretty much identical set up besides the light being horizontal instead of vert and being a complete shit show.... I was so puzzled.

always something in this business/hobby that can drive you mental at times. How old is your tent? I thought most companies solved the "off-gassing" issue by now. A few years back it was a big problem. You should tell your hydro store or wherever you got it to stop selling that shit.

some tents that have the plastic frames have offgassing. but from what ive read.. and my hydro guy said.. its usually the metalic crap they use inside the tents.. i had it happen wen i first started. i got a little tent for clones.. and all my clones were fucked.. then i wrapped it in pandafilm instead.. made a door with extra big flaps to keep light out.. and it was fine .. i ended up selling it to a friend because i just used pandafilm to make another bigger tent and upgraded.. .. lol good luck to u man.. hows the outdoor harvest coming along.

Yeah man tell me about it! Just gatta keep your head up. Pretty positive it is off-gassing because within a couple days off moving them in they start getting funky on me and within a few days of removing they snap back. Temps are in check and this is my 2nd crop with this tent experiencing the same problems/ symptoms.
Also have a friend who had the same issue using the same brand tent. From the same distributor around the same time period haha. Only thing is I don't notice any sort of plastic smell coming from the tent.

Yea offgassing happens earlyer in flower and you really notice it during the 2nd week of flower and 3rd week it really puts a serious hit on the plants. i dealt with it pretty good and nvr again will i buy that brand.

Scratch that statement... partner didn't follow threw.... like usual. BUT I did it solo, took damn near 2 1/2 hours to tear down and put up the new one.
Here's a quick shot of the process... It's currently finish just forgot to snap a pic after. Really hoping I can finally grow some dank ass nuggets! Got 6 Pre98BubbaxNL5/Haze, 1 MBS, And 1 HammerHead. Both were mother plants but the tent they were in got flipped to 12/12 by accident so I figured fuck it might as well flower em' out. They are of good size so I'm sure they will kick some ass.
Going to hopefully move them under the 1K tomorrow and have the blumats hooked up and dialed in by tuesday.

OKAY I'm back at it guys.... Sorry about the lack of excitement up in this thread. It must be off-gassing that was causing the problem because I am now flowering out a MBS/HH In the make-shift poly tent and although they do have some signs here and there it does not seem to be progressing. They were also the 2 largest plants in the tent so I have a feeling the small gals just got hit to hard and couldn't snap back from it.
Really hate wasting a whole 1K on just 2 plants so maybe I'll throw a few others in there even though it will look a little out of place since they will be about 4 weeks ahead haha.
Currently popped a few more Pre98BKxNL5/Haze beans and got some Sweet tooth, KKSD, and Mr.ECD in the veg tents which I will most likely throw in with the MBS/HH in the next week or so.
The ECSD are approaching week 6 and they are looking nice! Slight light bleaching since I'm rocking a 1K in a 4x4 and they are just over-taking no matter how much tying and super cropping I do. But this chunking up for sure and putting out a nice stink....
Also have 12 ECSD Cuts rooting up in the ez cloner for the next vert run... Plan on running 8 ECSD in 3gal pots instead of the 4 in 5gal's like I did this round...

What are the temps in the bare bulb tent? Do u have a 4" or 6" fan exhausting that hot air at the top? I'm itching to try a bare bulb setup
