Hey tpunk .... can you tell me about your thinning technique ....are you defoiliating through out the whole grow keeping the fans trimmed down all the time or are you doing it at set time frames?

I do it constantly. From early in Veg until the 4th week of flower. If it's tiny it gets cut off. I don't really thin the fan leaves. The leaves fade and fall off starting around week 7

And I got a lot going on but I'll post as often as I can switching back to sog style in 1gal grow bags. One male AOS and one female AOS. Also have a GDP that sprouted.... And scored a white widow clone from a friend Deathstar coming soon

nice bud shots TP85! Chernobly is one of my fave flowers to smoke and gets me nice and medicated. You really killed it with the T5 man really put out some nice flowers. glad to see were you are now you have learned quite a bit i see

Thanks man!! Yea, from a few small bagseed plants in a rubbermaid with cfls to some killer genetics running perpetual T5 whenever we move I'll upgrade to hps. Shitty electric here, with the grow room running and the tv anything else blows the breaker.

Thanks man. Yea I'm really digging the TGA so far. Pineapple was a g13 labs feeble from the tude. Pretty good yield and a great all day smoke. Wish I had taken more clones and this is my first run of the AOS, heard subs having problems with the mom so more seeds may never come I got 3 more stashed away just in case thou she seems to be showing a slight lean to Jtr so far, just stuck her in flower so we'll know in about 3 weeks. Males getting moved to a friends to collect some pollen

Looks real good! So just to sum it up, you are using CFLs to veg and the T5 for flower? Also, do you water by hand?

Yea, it's a mix of cfl and a t12 shop light. All hand water.

Now because you are running under the Fluorescent lights, how often do you water? I would think these plants can retain their water much longer than under a HPS bulb?

Yea, in a 3 gallon during mid flower maybe 3times a week, maybe 1-2 times a week in Veg. Switched to 1gal grow bags with greenlite soil, hopefully I can get a water in everyday. I.... And Chernobyl in a 2gal root pot gets water 5 times a week
