Got to be Kentucky. When asked where he wanted to be at the end of the world, Mark Twain said "Kentucky, because everything happens 20 years late there." I can't argue with that.

Missouri- they are 20+ years behind on everything in normal living. They will be back 20+ years on MMJ.- They love their goats here........and sheep if you know what I mean. lmao!

I know some folks there. They call it the State of Misery.
Virginia will be the ONE. Where else can you face up to 30 years for growing a plant.
BTW: DC is not the Feds for the person who posted such info. They have their own Mayor, city council, etc. that are not part of the federal system. And their MMJ program is locked down tighter than a frogs butt spread across a 55 gallon drum. It's not Cali kids.
Yeah, I know that, but it was fun to toss it out there. Besides, think about it. My representative is Dan Lungren, who made it his mission to basically kill Dennis Perron back during the early 215 and pre-215 days, when he was California's attorney general. Where is good ol' Danny-boy spending his time now? In D.C. and Sacramento. He can't fucking get away from it!

Texas, Florida.

Florida for all the reasons stated about Texas

Some very good points by everyone.. My thoughts are Florida.. You see down here we have this thing, I'm sure TX and OK have it to.. It's called "The Good Ole' Boy network".. Once these people become Sheriffs, Lawyers, City counsel members, mayors, and so forth.. These people somehow become so powerful and for long periods of time.. For god sake, we had a Bush brother run the state for awhile.. Matter fact thats how W. stloe the election in the first place.. Now we're super fucked...

I do agree with the comment about Big Pharma.. Once they have a good viable prouduct, not Marinol(sp?)..

I'm sorry but who the hell wants to take a pill for cannabis??? I understand not everyone can medicate through smoking or vape.. To that I say Joe Shmoe's canna milk..

Good ol' boy networks exist everywhere. We have it here in my county, right here in California, for example.

What about states like Iowa, Kansas, or Misery? I mean Missouri!

Yep they have the good ole boy network in Misery for sure. Did you know that in Misery they still blood test before marriage to prevent in-breeding? lmao!

No. California Et al., ruined it for everyone else.

As a matter of fact, it might not even last in the approved Med States.

Why? Lot's of reasons.

Just keeping it real kids.

I'm thinking we should come up with a top 5 most likely not to legalize. Texas sure seems like one that wouldn't but being from Florida originally I have to tell you, they'll still jail you over a joint. Believe I read 10% of Florida prisoners are for using/possessing Cannabis(not trafficking).

Scary huh? These phucking states(pardon my french) steal people's rights and freedoms over a harmless drug just to promote the interests of their prison systems to build an economy funded by taxpayers and overseen by the government. It's really 12th century stuff.

Pretty much all the Bible Belt states. The Jesus, dirty commie and hippie that he was, apparently wasn't down with the weed.

Then, once those states realize the $$ in taxes and fees they are missing out on will all jump on the bandwagon. I do expect there will be "dry" areas, just like with booze.

We have a long way to go before we cross that bridge though.
