They (cops) don't mess with the upper class cats because they know they have good laywers and what not and if they were to come in kickin doors down they (upper class) would have a fuckin hay day stringing the laws ass up by their toes and sueing the shit of the city state and law enforcment.. to recoup their loss... and us the lower middle class don't have big boy laywers on retainer protecting or intrest and assets... just shows if ur not rich ur fucked one way and another.... but it is the best of the coruppt countries.....USA.. The billions behind bars doc on cnbc the other night explained it all too well... Obama's executive orders on immigration left the factories... ahem i mean prisons... short of warm bodies... theres no easier prey than illegal immigrants... other than peaceful illeagal gardeners. Notice the militarization of the Police, they look like an army. Thats also thanks to Homeland security, after all we are our best, worst enemies. Its pretty sick.

Id like to know what sort of prior surveillance had been done. I wonder if it was just some random hood that had a ton of plants and people who don't pay politicians living there. They said, yup this spot is going down, we got enough photo ops to make the whole thing necessary, showing them people the cops has them in the crosshairs. God what a joke, I feel bad that those people all got busted together. Just interesting that they would make this sort of bust in the suburbs, I mean how often does this happen?
Is this some new tactic? WTF are they doing walking into neighborhoods looking like they plan on killing some people for growing plants. Damn thats messed up.

Short answer--NO Makes em feel superior. After all they aren't just police. They are now considered a Paramilitary Organization. Complete with lobbyist in DC that kick, holla, and scream every time some politician tries to have them regularly drug tested.

This is a neighborhood where many Hispanic People live, and I have noticed that the Feds think that public opinion is SOOOO on their side on this that they can do whatever they want. When it is about those "Illegals."
At some point it could and probably will happen to all people regardless of legal immigration status. Rights get eroded one step at a time.
Santa Rosa did something like this unrelated to pot a few months ago. Cordoned off a whole area, looking for 1 or 2 Hispanic Juvenile "Gang Members." Ended up incarcerating His Whole family, and terrorizing the whole neighborhood. Again, going in like a paramilitary operation with automatic weapons brandished.
POLICE STATE>. Here we are.... Too much more of this and I am gonna amscray this divisive Country, that claims to be #1 but has little or no services offered compared to other Western "Civilized" Nations..
