that is correct i place a big tarp outside and using a shovel and rake and get mixing :)

NICE!!! Reminds me of the days of helping my uncles mix cement:laughing:

I'm trying to keep power down do to city ordinances, so don't want to use too much power in the veg room. To me it looked like you had pretty good success with those Sun blaster lights for vegging??? How many of they're lights and what size were they that you used for vegging? How big of an area were those T5's lighting up and what kind of spacing did you have between the lights? Sorry for all the questions bud, I'm actually not to far away from setting up my own medical grow(20 plants) so looking to get everything figured out light wise.:thank you:

For flowering, if you had the option to run 4 Gavita 1000W lights turned down to 825W or just run 3 Gavita 1000W lights turned up to 1150W what would you run for max yield potential? For flowering the space I have to work with is 13ft x 15ft roughly. Any tips for light layout and scrog table size? Thinking of building low tables, maybe 12 inches high on wheels for my plants to sit on that way when it comes time to work on them I can move the tables around and get to all sides easily. Whatcha think?

Also Veg/drying room will be about 8ft x 13ft. Actual total growing area I have to work with is 23 ft x 13 ft 12 ft high ceilings. So if you can think of a better floor plan please let me know:woohoo:

Its amazing how many growers think by adding a shit load of plants is going to make a big harvest when in reality you start to lose weight i remember the days when watering plants took 300 liters and self watering each one took 4.5 + hrs dam was i crazy then hahahaha

I guess this has to do with the plants getting less space?

Right now ive got 9 plants in a 90*90cm tent in 11Liter pots, hopefully its not too crowded..

As soon as i find my damn cable for the camera ill make a new thread for that grow.. It sucks not being able to show of your plants :p

Anyway good luck with the grow man, i expect huge yields! :tiphat:

Them sunblasters T'5 Ho"s are amazing
i use them for clones and vegging have a read on them here is the site
http://sunblasterlighting.com/t5-fixtures.php
As for lighting you got to figure out your Sq footage and strive for 50 watts + per Sq foot
When doing scrog technique it takes a few weeks longer of veg training plants IMO having scrog table so low will cause you problems watering and maintaining under screen management
i think min 30" off top of pot would be min remember its you that will be crawling on floor to water etc
I believe in more lighting the better and having lighting with penetration power nothing beats that

Thanks for the sunblaster link. They dont really have any info on what they recommend for lighting. what size light and how many of them would you recommend for a 4ft x 7ft veg area? I'd prolly use there fancy nano reflector as well. Thanks.

you would have a serious clone and veg room the suunblaster T5''s 9 of them 4 foot wide T'5 would kick ass thats like 216 watts lol they seriously work wonders anyways off to make my next table be back in a bit with updates

:tiphat: if you are getting the numbers you posted on this i would say this is the best and simplest grow room being shown on IC atm.

Ty sir and Yes i hope many growers will turn to this style of growing as far as i am concerned its the only way grow less plants bigger yields i have done stupid SOG's and other techniques and over the years any many grows later came up with a simple clean way more efficient better managing set up this grow will be 9 - 12 plants Pending?? Rather then 5 from previous grow
I also wanna prove that wattage per Sq foot doesn't have to be crazy like so many people think as this grow it will be 40 watts per Sq foot 3 k 5 x 15 table here is a pic of how compact and hard buds were you dropped it sounded like a brick hitting the floor :)

As promised i will in detail explain how i made my scrog table so some of you that are not a handyman can understand

Tools Needed :

Drill and drill bit
tape measure
L brackets
1" x 2" x ? hardwood
pencil
screws

Ok so decide your size of table mine will be 6' x 4 '

cut your material so you got your scrog table how you want it
now place them together as picture illustrates mark all boards on one side cause that is where you will start your measurements for your squares .I like making 4" x4" squares so i will start making pencil marks from one side to other once i got everything marked i will
pre drill my holes for screws, being hardwood if you don't you will probably split the wood.
once all screws are in i will then pre drill holes to actually assemble my table , mount my L brackets on inside corners then mount start running my string will post what she looks like done :)

And some more pictures of completed table that will hang suspended having a table that you can adjust will also help you with canopy management you want buds on top of table and even not having a table and buds forming foot above then rather then doing a scrog your table has now become only a support

hey all well got scrog table set up @ 3 feet from ground 5 x 15 feet now to set all lights up tommorow above scrog table.
Clones are taking off as well already on 6th internode in 24 hrs lol got a few more running slow on rooting which is for next grow anyways no big deal clones should be perfect sized for next weeks transplant

Looking good!!!!

Hard to see from the pics but do you keep the screen off the wall say 1/2 a foot that way you get the light bouncing off the wall and hitting the plants from another angle or do you just run it tight up against the wall?

Hello Dr Fever. Nice garden you've got going. I was reading your posts on the defoliation thread and learned a whole lot in a short period of time. I especially like your comments on root mass and agree 100% with your conclusions regarding yield. Sorry for changing the subject. Carry on.................

thanks Smilley yea i don't understand some people you know i bet i could start something like placing bee's in my grow room just from having bee's the humming from them increased my over all resin production, and overall weight per plant by 75 Percent you would see everyone giving it a try :) lol look at this plant buddy has yup he defoilated i wonder if it will even recover hahahaha
