Man you really got your techniques close to perfection, i love seeing grows like this where the grower obviously has a great deal of passion and love for the plants.

This grow is really inspiring, keep it green!

Thank- you guys means allot
i so can't wait to get this going and updating pics so everyone can see how i do it and hopefully turn them onto this style of growing from clone to harvest ,
got to be honest with you all from lowering my plant count 90 percent my yields only lowered by approx 25 percent which i find is amazing less overall cost and that is a bonus ,

hiya,dr f,, yeah with you on that one,i upped plant numbers with an extra 600w, ended up with a lower yield then when i use less plants and 3x instead of 4x 600w, on my last ice cream grow, live and learn buddy,,, peace and safe growing s2

Its amazing how many growers think by adding a shit load of plants is going to make a big harvest when in reality you start to lose weight i remember the days when watering plants took 300 liters and self watering each one took 4.5 + hrs dam was i crazy then hahahaha

i love that scrog screen dude!!!
thanks man yea it really works well i got hooks on all 4 corners as well hooks on ceiling so i tie it to ceiling and still being able to adjust height as i please in case to much stretch or what ever???
You see allot of scroggers using plastic netting etc i find using string once plants are done all i do is cut string and i am at buds rather then carefully cutting buds via plastic netting taking for ever to chop
as well i find sometimes the mesh does grow inbetween the buds with string you can carefully pull it out rather then wreck or cut up a bud.
here is a pic of one of my grows where harvest day i chop all string and lower scrog table to floor and i am at the plants
Cheers Doc

PS: making another scrog table using door hinges to attach it to other scrog this way when done i can fold it over and store it

I've just finished reading your grow journal and you sir have your shit together!!!!!:woohoo:

I'm going to go over your last few posts again where you showed your lst and scrogg technique. But I'm hoping for my sake and the sake of others that you could go into a little more detail this grow on everything from transplanting your plants, to all the training you do to them to your specific feeding schedule. I'd love to learn everything you do!!!! If you'd be willing to teach I'd be so grateful!!!:thank you:

Even your lighting setup. Like spacing between your lights. What you think is optimal. Things like that. Your exact soil mix and exactly how much of the stuff you put in.

Also you use those big totes with one hole drilled in the bottom. Do you get allot of run off after you feed your plants? How much water do you use per feeding?

Also once the plants are in a scrogg. Ow n the word do you access the middle or far end to do maintenance on your plants and etc......?

Thanks for your time. Hope you done mind the 1000 questions:dance013: I'm new and trying to learn the best methods possible. Which can be terribly tough to do with all hyena bad info available on the net!!!!

Also are these results only possible with PPP? Or are there other good strains for growing with your techniques and still produce the same yields? Thanks again!!!!

Its all cool and more then willing to help anyone and everyone tag along as i will be posting pics from transplanting up my stages into training pots to final harvest guess your kinda lucky as i am pretty much starting from the beginning presently :woohoo:
with all my little secrets to making a huge yield per plant
As for pre drilled hole i make it just in case a flush is needed,
i like doing 4 day watering cycles once plants are in full grow mod so i average 15 to 20 liters of water in these 4 days when in final totes and with no returns watering less more frequently is the ticket Day one feed day 2 foilage spray plants with just water , day 3 water day 4 feed and so on right up till 6th week of flower where i start implementing zinc and iron foilage sprays

anyways picked up all my totes for this grow tonight i use lids to place on bottom as to help keeping totes more or less of concrete floors which can stress out plants roots and cold mediums = slow and stressed plants :artist::thank you: as for your last post obviously strain genetics plays a big roll but there are lots of good yielding strains

Thanks bud!!!! Really looking forward to hanging out and watching and hopefully learning from tis grow:huggg:

Is there any other strains you've had this kind of success with or do you always grow PPP?

Also do think these kinds of results can be had with 600W lights or is blasting them 1000W all part of these huge yields?

i don't think there are to many strains that won't work its all about training your plants and getting lots of tops

OK lets get the show going Dr's scrog #2

15 clones rooted in 1" trays and transplanted into 2" trays, my soil mixture now till final harvest consists of this

7.6 cubic feet of pro-mix BX with mycrohize
4 bags of sheep manure
4 bags of sea compost ( Shrimp) or any other type
4 bags of top soil
4 bags of organic soil
2 bags of perlite
1 bag of peatmoss
3 bags of sand
1 bag of Dolomite lime
Seems allot but filling big totes takes allot I will keep these girls under T'5 HO's for the next week and also only give water for next week prior to transplanting yet again into 6" milk cartons that is where i will give plants 600 ppm feeding and start minor training as well place them under 1000 watts

Is there specific brands of these organic things your adding to your soil??

Where and how do you mix all this together? On the floor with a shovel?
