comfrey pellets as a amino/trace and growth booster, local garden shops seem to supply at around 10 quid a ltr....... so expensive but you can make your own for pennies

Better than big bud and organic, full of trace elements and amino acids........ ive pretty much got to the point of replacing big bud with this

I shit you not, after adding these to our regular soils schedule we have seen improvements of 10 - 15% and less yellowing mid flower with out sensitive strains, also increased resin and veg growth

you can grow it in the garden and then make your own tea to make it free of charge, ive got a hedge going in my garden ready to be used at the end of summer.

didnt know this was used in horse feed

well my local place sells 20 ltrs for 10 quid, when mixed 1ltr to 10 ltrs distilled water with 50grams trace elements from china it seems to make a decent veg feed, ive ran it for 3 crops now and not noticed a different between this and fish mix/bio bizz veg which are mollases based anyway..................... oh apart from the fact that this costs 5 pence a litre to make vs £5 for branded stuff.

they also have 50 kg bags of mono Pot Poss......... enough to make a hundreds of litres of hammerhead for £60 quid..........

Screw Hydro Prices, Agriculture Prices rock, and lets be honest, farmers know best about bulk buying nutrients

3 counties hydro has all the plant magic stuff discontinued and there approx 25% of the original price, they also seem to have 25% off most bio bizz stuff

also holland hydroponic has a buy one get one free offer on 10 tr bcuzz coco/soil/hydro nutrients

thought it was worth a mention for those looking to stock up

I'm currently using canna coco a&b, budlink silcone, bcuzz coco stimulator, that H&G root stim that comes in the tin type container- name alludes me! Plus ata-clean (same shit as drip clean) Then a weekly foliar of maxi crop seaweed extract. Seems to be doing the bizz from what I can tell, think the coco stimulator has molasses & seaweed in it and goes through my blumats without a problem so I don't bother adding molasses until the end of the grow which I use alongside ripen to get them nice and flushed.

anybody using headmasta still? Stuff stinks but seems to work well as early bloom stim (days 21 - 35, then I add a lil PK13/14 if I remember lol)

anyone using Buddhas tree pk 9/18 heard good things about it from a local

bit pricey but it's well concentrated 0.25 to 0.5ml ltr

the most appealing thing to me is the concentration of it 0.25ml per litre so 1 litre will make 4000lts of pk 9/18

Do you have a picture of the back of the bottle mate? The contents? As I have been had with various snake oils in the past lol.

This forum is my personal review with my opinion on the new British made product Buddhas Tree PK 9/18
Buddhas tree has been around for about 6 months now but is still to be discovered via the growing community, although it had an advertisement in the first soft secrets magazine of 2012 it was a tiny advertisement which did not do it justice so i want to post this forum to try and get these great guys some credit.

This is the 250ml bottle of which i purchased at the price of £30 it's also available in a L bottle for £80 (prices of £30 is from hydroponic shops only) Ebay price is also £30 but includes postage and packaging prices.

Okay so i was in the middle of my 2nd week of flower on my 4 plant's
1 White Widow x Big Bud
1 Pure AK
1 Cotton Candy Kush
1 Unknown seed, this is where i was careless and mixed up the seeds, this plant is either a White Widow x Big bud or a Cotton Candy Kush

I was wondering what should i be using, although being told that you can get good results as i'm using a 600watt HPS without a flowering booster i still wanted to put the extra bit in to improve my crop.
I started at the beginning of week 3 to use Advanced Nutrients Big Bud, this product i found extremely useful as not only did it jump my plant's into flower it helped them to deal with things like heat stress which my Pure AK did suffer from, I cannot stress enough to anyone as the Big Buds usage instructions state unclearly "use from weeks 2 to 4" don't use on week 4 i did for a couple of day's and it caused nute burn .
My Big Bud shot the plant's into flower, they were all female but one, the Cotton Candy Kush! which tbh i'm happy it was that one rather than the others but overnight it sprouted out covered in pollen sacks .

Through my anger through a plant becoming male i was stressing that i was going to be getting a smaller crop than i had put the hard work vegging my plant's to between 20 - 26inches in to receive, the following morning i rung up my local hydroponic shop to ask what flowering booster i should get i was asking about Advanced Nutrients Hammerhead and Overdrive, the Guy who own's the shop quoted me prices etc... but he said with absolute confidence about a new product which has just hit the market called Buddhas Tree PK with the NPK ratio of 0-9-18.

The reason i quoted about Big Bud a product with a NPK ratio of only 0-1-3 as i deem this as an extraordinary product as it's the only flowering starting product that puts all the essential amino acid's into the plant which are required for the plant to make use of the P and K intake it receives.
When the Big Bud has put all the amino acid's in to your plant and then you use your flowering booster which some people will give it big of quotes like "ohh i'm going to have the biggest crop of the dankest plant my boosters NPK is 10 - 20 -40 or other stupid ratio's.
It is scientifically proven that plant's only need the perfect PK ratio of 9/18 which Buddhas Tree provides! Any more PK is completely wasted!!! not just the PK chemicals wasted but parts of your leaves lost through nutrient burn from excess chemicals which are not required! and please do use Buddhas tree with a start from Big Bud.
What's the point in weight training if you don't get your proteins, amino acid's and other supplements needed to rebuild muscle, plant's are at lot more like us than you may think? Lifting weights is your P and K but the diet needed for muscles to repair (you're amino acids) ARE VERY IMPORTANT!
If you want to challenge that plant's are humans are alike let your plant grow for a week without a fan on them, then spend a week with the fan on and see how strong the roots and stem grows but what happens when you train without the right supplements, you're muscles take longer to grow/repair and you will end up injuring yourself (stressing your plant).
And one more thing, Excess P and K especially if you're growing in COCO which is a great medium as it holds nutrients when they are not intook by the plant, this will hold the excess P and K and when it comes to flushing time and you're wondering why you're crop is a harsh smoke guess why, because those excess P and K chemicals and still in the soil therefore when you water with plain water your not even flushing because the roots are still taking in the product!!!

From when i started using Buddhas Tree half way through the 3rd week of flower i have seen nothing but growth and progress which i am completely satisfied with!
I'm currently at the start of week 6 flower and i'm so satisfied with the results! buds which are still only balls with white hair's not the swelled up bud you get from the final product and the buds are huge!!! And i still have the next 3 weeks of maximum growth!!! for my first grow i never believed i would achieve this .

I don't currently have any pictures but i will try to get some up soon.

Buddhas Tree PK 9/18

% By weight % By volume
Phosphorous P2O5 9.0% 12.7%
Potassium K2O 18.0% 25.9%
Sulphur S O3 30.8% 44.4%

Usage directs:
0.25ml's per litre until the last 2 weeks of use (4 weeks before flush) of which you use 0.5ml's per litre (for hydroponics or coco)
0.3ml's per litre then 0.6ml's per litre (for soil/organic growing)

Hi Folks,
Need some advice about Canna nutes. I was given 2 x 5Ltrs of Canna Hydro Vega nutrients which is designed for 'run to waste' systems. Can I use it in a recirculating hydro system? What imbalances will there be and are they correctable?
Or is it just too much bother & I should sell it & buy the Aqua?

From memory its excess Phosphorous that spoils your end product and not potassium. The last 10-14 days I always feed my girls a molasses based product that makes my herb super smooth and super clean (white ash and burns perfectly).

As we all know molasses is quit rich in potassium.

I had a similar experience Lovelightpower,
I was working security for Tony Hayter on Sunrise 2 at the old gasworks at Blackwall. The police raided it and surrounded the ravers. A top brass pig and two sergeants stormed up to the DJ booth and demanded the music be shut off to make his announcement. Needless to say, I could see a riot building in front of my eyes. Hayter had all the permissions & permits and he was making a movie of the rave as well. The Chief pig was suddenly in a starring role of the movie and he didn't fuckin like it! He decided on retreat and not before time, some of the kids were picking up rocks and shit. The police filed out with spit raining down on them. The music went back on to a massive cheer! Like beating the man was a massive buzz and set the party alight! I'll never forget sliding back them big old doors at sunrise and seeing all those rapt faces - priceless!

it was my biggest yield to date and chopped 2wk early

be carefull with it it's strong and I would advise using from wk4 unless you can counter the high amounts of k too early with cal mag

Dam, biggest yield to date AND chopped early....thats what i like to hear..
Thanks for the advice will make a note of that. Think im gonna try get myself a bottle.
