I'd really love to hear how to get these phenomenal yields being thrown about off of a 1000w light without all the baby shit mixed in.

As far as I'm concerned from observation and practice there are only a few things that really dictate yield/ GPW which are having your room 'dialed in', big ass plants that take a long time to veg vs SOG and genetics. These are the main factors in getting big yields if you have done more than 3 or so grows and have an inkling about what the fuck you are doing.

Either you veg forever with lower plant numbers or use many plants this is fact, now please allow normal programming to resume....

plus the flowered cut ril put up looked pretty beefy to me.

I think that Psycho D is Ideal for Sog in rockwool. Ril has some pics of the colas it grows in his albums.

It smells like blue cheese but grows seed plant type colas.

these are 2ft tall topped early grown onto 11-12" with some lst i was aiming for 4-5 colas per plant

you could get 12 of those that size under 1k with pea nets for support and a smaller pot

i think ive actually got about 12 to play with right now, mine are in coco and literally just rooted and transplanted at about 4inches high. im thinking a 2 weeks veg under the 600 then flip under 1000w. its my first run with the kali so im playing it by ear tbh... yup i hear you on the coco, i dont think il ever switch from coco in the future. far too easy.. sod rockwool!

I was told to top early she can take nutes too ive took her to 1.9ec with no probs I've found that day 40 to 50 is a good window for the bloom boosters she really puts the weight on here

she's a breeze and a joy to grow you will have her dialled in no time

it will just be a case of plant numbers and veg time in your setup

18" topped early flipped ended up just shy of 5oz but you wouldn't get more than 9 schnapps in a 1.2mtr under a k

I'm still undecided which way to go myself play safe and go with 12 flipped at 12" or go 9 @18"

yeah ive read the threads. i dont really have any questions just thinking out loud i guess. the main difference is when i flip i start scrogging to keep the hight down as much as possible. it might make a difference to yield with the kali, might not. ive never strictly done a classic sea of green without some kind of lst. i might try it with the kali if you do well on this one though.

most kali i seen stretches out real bad and that is the down fall of that strain i think you are right LST, scrog which also helps support the weak branches if any nice size buds form
