Indoor Blue-cheese because it flies off the shelves as soon as its dry.
Outdoor frisian dew or easy sativa,both yield well and if you were commercial its weight your after right?
yup like mentioned already in the uk you could have og kush or some chronic, it will still go at the same price, you might be able to get extra for the stinky stronger stuff, but here security is paramount and you dont get paid extra for the strain, your better of growing something with a low oder, yields big, and still does the job.
if people got double on the oz for uk cheese then thats what folk would want.
ive gotta say now though that folk in the uk now( or at least where i am) will not buy anything that isnt dry.
and i even heard someone complain about the density of some they bought, so i know things are changing slowly.
i mean the prices have gone up so whos gonna wanna buy it wet at double the price it used to be. that just takes the piss.
edit: and blue dream is a massive yielder indoors.

This is what 20 quid gets you in a midlands town , two sources with different markets and philosophy
The nasty looking sample on the left is local street , on the right the same T44 clone selection grown and processed with a little more care by a local grower that adds ten days to the cycle , sold to an older stable client base as NL or Widow.
Its average quality by our standards but pleasent enougth flavour and yields high , the same plant grown purely for profit is a tasteless force dried head rush , and i can barely smoke it.
Which is as expected when its harvested on a friday night and being sold by sunday morning , crispy outside with a soggy middle around 40% water content , and this was about average quality round here.

that's exactly what's happening around here I gave cheese x nl to the locals told em 9wk minimum and there chopping at 50 days nowhere near done and she puts wieght on late so there missing out

Just done a room full of conni casey jones and chem jones
The caseys the biggest yielder ive seen in 10 years of comercial growing in the UK and will now be our main strain......... The smokes out of this world, and it only takes a extra week over our critical mass
The chem jones is a great yielder, better smoke and can put out weight to equal critical mass, top 44, ak47, mango etc etc
Theres some great stuff coming from conni genetics this year, its just a shame they dont seem to sell much in retail head shops so i dont have to order by post

no we got lucky with a selection from a 5 pack of fem seeds that i bought for percy smoke. There were 3 good keepers out of 5!!!!! Boom
I grow in soil, 600w lamps, mag ballasts, 1200w veg tents dr150s/240s, 3 flower rooms, 11 or 15 ltr pots, bio bizz lightmix or plant magic soil supreme or bat mix when its cheap
Comfrey pellets are new to us this year but really hep boost plant vitality and yield, i started using these after seeing some guy who grew the uks biggest cabbage, his magic ingredient was this and when you read up on them they make sense
nutes have to be simple for us so - plantmagic bloom / big bud / over drive and bloombastic, id love to cut out all the additives and just run a premium base but in the uk all we have is AN Conni and its a joke of a price. Heavy 16 imported into the UK would be a godsend
Veg tents - 25 plants a tent - 3 weeks veg ( to about 2ft )
then transfer them into one of the rooms and flip them, they will have 8 or so tops by now and produce 5 - 5.25 oz ( 15 ltr ). They do stretch a lot so these finish about shoulder height and im 5ft 10.
Our previous strains always produced 4 - 4.5 max ( 15ltr) and finished a foot shorter
4 plants per light, give or take pal
casey rocks - its got trainwreck, sour D and old school thai in there and yields like a pig!!! haha

Just shy of 9 weeks mate
We start cutting tops the beginning of week 8 and the bottom buds at the end of week 8
The Chemmy Jones Pheno we got could be cut a week earlier with a average yield of about 80% of the of the casey plants if i compared the 2 strains/phenos
thanks s&m I'm just worried about the headroom the tc cut stretches like a mofo unless you give her plenty of veg
sounds like you got your room dialled in nice
and 3/5 on the cj fems is good going too
do you see noticeable results with the bloombastic then? and is the quality still good?,don't here of many using it

thanx s&m. the casey jones is this something old only i cant find it on the connoisseur boards or in a seed bank. lotsa things crossed with it but no straight CJ

Haha year i ruined a few last time by letting them flower too high.... ended up with airy buds
the bloombastics pretty good, i think it works as a PK booster and a bud booster in one so the weeks i use it i dont run bigbud or overdrive etc...... also i get a standard 350ml bottle for 35 quid and throw it into a empty 1 ltr bottle and top up with water.............. and then i use at the recommended rates which are 0.5 - 1 ml per ltr, works fine that way for me
The problem with our hobby is that whenever i go to the hydro store i ask myself " will this £100 bottle of nutes give me a extra ounce...... and the answer is quiet often yes, so its counterproductive not to buy it if thats the case..... hence why i used to have about 15 additives in my schedule...... hahahaha
is alrite now think i gots it...grateful casey!

I swear if conni did larger sized packs or bulk deals i would be tempted to do full room runs from seed, there stuff is that good
so they're consistent from seed these S1s?

Unfortunately, I can't. They were stolen at about a months worth of veg time, but I can say they were excellent plants.

yeah mate i would say so, very little variance between plants
I popped 15 more seeds last month and got the same results, there looks to be 2 main phenos, other than that they grow so similar its like your running clones
