The money debate. Yes, I know it well.

In the end, if you want to spend the money, you'll find a way. And really, if I was honest with myself, the money that I'm spending on nutes is what I would spend on high quality MMJ.

(Instead, I grow it MYSELF.)

So, really, the argument (for me) is something that will never be resolved.

I use AN because I want to control my own grow, do my own thing, and get results I can count on.

Cue yelling and screaming from those who like to hear themselves talk.

LOL, that seems to have shut the haters up. It seems like almost every time I see an uberfrosty pic like those it was grown on Advanced Nutrients.

Ive been doing the indoor thing for 2 years but started outside in the mid 70s.
i love inside because of the control you get over the enviroment.
and I don't hate any nutes, they're really on the same page for the most part and the companies that make them all have the same goal and that's making money so its not unreasonable some will say anything to sell you over priced molasses and water
with the promise of success beyond your wildest dreams!!
fact is what controls resin output in a standard enviroment more than any nute can is genetics 1st and foremost.
after that health and vigor of the plant.

its a real looong stretch to take a frosty as all hell strain that gushes resin no matter if you piss on it
and say its the piss that's doing it.
ive used FF nutes, floranova and currently it's rez's simple 6-9ml rezapie using GHs bloom and micro that's stuff is pretty cheap.

here's my latest not using AN nutes
but the cheap GH brand using the lucas rezapie formula

its not accurate to say I got these results NOT using AN's anymore than I can say I used GH bloom/micro KISS/rezapie and this is what you'll get when you use it.
or if you want to be accurate you can say this is what I got using GH bloom/micro
and you'll get pretty much the same thing with ANs or FF or or or.......

this is what you get growing this strain.

here's the same strain last round with FF.
frosty as can be but different nutes.

its the genetics that control how much resin you get with a plant, you can maybe tweak that with fertz
but your not gonna find that silver bullet that does the nite and day this and that as many like to tout with no real
proof backing it up.
ive used miracle grow and stuff off the shelf in the 70s and people would still tell me up to 10 years ago its
the finest they ever had.

take station 2s plant and give me a clone and I'll show you peters all purpose will give you the same frostiness as AN or FF or GH nutes, even blood/kelp and bone meal does it.
keep the plant healthy, pick a frosty strain and you'll get frosty even if you pee on it

I picked up the AN 3 part yesterday to do a side by side with GH. I will be using both bottles strictly according to the charts on the bottles and will see what happens. One thing I've noticed is everyone talking about how spendy AN is vs GH. I paid half of what I do for a pint GH as I did on my AN line. I dunno where y'all are seeing AN nutrients for more than the GH line, but your being had if so.

i work for the biggest hydro retailer in boulder colorado and i can tell you right now that the only people in my shop using AN are the newbiest of the newbz.

Its one of our slowest moving lines with the highest markup and we more commonly have customers that are buying the one liter sized bottles as opposed to gallon/2.5 gallon and bigger.

This tells me that the only people who are wiling to run their nutrients, are just starting- hobbiest kind of growers.

carboload might have been their one stand out product that people liked to add to their nutrients regimens and also bud candy sells decent well.

carboload was recently reformulated to add another 45% water. these bottles use to feel thick. Almost like a molasses but now its just like any other watered down BS

Concentrated ferts . But over rated in my opinon . I just use the above with maxbloom at 3-5grams per gallon and a little liquid kelp
