NOTICE TO ALL DISTRIBUTORS AND STORES SELLING
GRAVITY & BUSHMASTER
Over the last several months we have received many inquiries about Gravity and BushMaster expressing
concern about the stop sale of the products in California. Over time the stories in grow forums have
morphed into horror stories about the products being toxic or containing carcinogenic ingredients. It’s
time to set the record straight and present the facts.
GRAVITY AND BUSHMASTER DO NOT CONTAIN CARCINOGENIC INGREDIENTS.
Anyone who claims otherwise is repeating urban legend nonsense from grow forums. Along with this
letter, I’ve included a fact sheet published by the U.S. Government on Paclobutrazol. It discusses
ecological effects, toxicity effects and carcinogenicity.
Up towards the top of page 4 it states clearly:
“Carcinogenicity: No adverse effects.”
Further down on page 4:
“Potential For Adverse Health Effects From Contacting or Consuming Treated
Vegetation: None reported.”
These facts aren’t surprising since hundreds of tons per year are used on grapes, mangos and
pistachios in other countries.
Essentially, Gravity and BushMaster are highly refined kelp extracts made in-house by a method that is
proprietary and unique in the world.
California ordered the stop sale on the products ONLY because of registration issues. California claims
that the products need to be registered with the EPA. However, according to the letter of the law, my
products are exempt from EPA registration. In order to have the stop sale lifted, a claim of exemption
has been submitted to the EPA for review. If the EPA agrees, the stop sale will be lifted. If the EPA
disagrees then I will have to re-register them and pay a fee of $100,000 per product.

I can send you the fact sheets also. Just PM me.

30 gallon walmart totes. System holds around 125 gallons for 6 plants..

EDIT: I just checked and the big plants are 6 days behind not 4. So to be fair Ill snap some more pics next week to compare the bushmaster treated plants to. But it still think there is a significant difference.

Thanks Green, That info is good to know about the bushmaster. I really dont see using so little of a product causing problems. Flower dragon and bushmaster are sold at the local hydrostore, they they sell a lot of it.

Verdure,

If he gets 3 pounds per plant that will be around 1.5 Pounds per light. Not too shabby on an OG hybrid.

Excellent looking trees Getto.

The difference in the photos of the bushmaster/non-bushmaster plants is astounding, so astounding that it even looks as if the flash has been used for the bushmaster photos while it was turned off for the other photos.

Can you confirm that both photos were taken with the same settings on the camera? If so then I am officially blown away. While I can't really say I like the idea of smoking PBZ, I also have no clue if it's really bad or not (nor does anyone else at this point from what I can gather). I like eating pistachios and mangos already, and I'm sure there's much worse in many other foods I ingest.

I think your photos are going to make me at least give it a try... I'm beyond curious now.

What made you decide on 0.8ml/gallon? How much does the bottle say to use? Do you know the % PBZ in the Bushmaster?

Been lurking in your threads for a while now gettogro and I must say you are a master of UC totes:tiphat:. Interesting to see the massive difference with using the bushmaster vs none. It seems like the buds still have alot of resin on them though cause from what I've heard and read the paclo cuts back trichome production making them less resinous then usual. But after seeing the huge size difference inbuds I don't think I would be too fussed about that. :gday:

I really don't want to debate weather it is dangerous or not on this thread. There is plenty of information and threads out there about bushmaster good and bad. The plants featured here did not get bushmaster. I tried it on some other plants that I over veged and it seemed to help a lot with denser tighter flower clusters. I also did a ton of defoliation on the BM plants where as the big 6 here didnt get any, just some screen training.

Not interested in debating the use of Paclo, that's up to the individual.

I am interested to see those photos today though! Should get a perfect comparison this time.

Getto,

do you find this way is as productive as the rooms you used to run, with 7 plant and 7 lights?

I have a 20' x 12' room and currently grow horizontal, however my partner is officially out of the picture leaving me with a smaller plant number.

I can run 12 in flower and 12 in veg and I've always loved the idea of tree grows, and I'm going to take this as a sign...

I was thinking an 8 plant UC with around 13.4k. How do you expect your yields will compare with 6 plants and 14k vs 14 plants and 14k?

Keep up the show !

Thanks bro,

shred
