EDIT: I didn't think about some ungrateful punk being pissed at his parents and ratting on them as a form of punishment... either way what an idiot

what a fucking joke... but thats what happens when you allow your children to be brainwashed. you should be teaching your kids about cannabis

i would fight the shit out of those charges, put the burden of proving that marijuana plants in the basement endangers the welfare of a child on the court i doubt they could find any proof... and criminal conspiracy?

everyone calls me a conspiracy theorist as if conspiracies don't exist, but then people get charged with conspiracy all the time.

taking care of another living being, albeit a plant, is a conspiracy... but not the Federal Reserve system and the ties between it, major international Corps and world governments. that is supposed to be a tin hat wearing daydream

that kid is a little Fascist! I hope he enjoys the foster home... fucking idiot

how about some of the comments. people saying good going to the kid for putting himself and his siblings into being raised by the state. i hope in 5 years that kid, after being raised by the state, robs and steals from those that said he did good. good god, our country (usa) is collectively getting dumber by the minute!!

Parents if you're going to grow, you gotta let your kids in on it and explain why they can't talk about it. This is the parents fault unfortunately they allowed the schools/DARE/whatever to be a bigger influence in their kid's life than themselves. Sad story all around

Actually after reading the whole thing I see there was some teenaged kids in there. $10 says the kid got grounded for something and narced out mom and dad to get some kind of revenge.

Kid's a snitch either way

This is really troubling. I wonder what the kid was thinking... wonder if he got pissed off at the parents or really thought he was helping them or something.

A grow that big as they mentioned doesn't really belong in a house with kids. If it's there it should be so stealth that no one can find it. If you can't afford to make it that stealth, grow smaller within ur means, or change something yeash. This is very sad reguardless.

kids do harmful acts with out thinking through what the out come may be. then again kids are a reflection of their parents...

18 plants? i don't think we are dealing with the bonnie and clyde of weed here. my guess is that the kid is a spoiled little shit that made a very large mistake. 15 year olds are not known to be "thinkers" IME. if the lady next door is not bashing the hell out of them i would be willing to bet they are good parents (or the news would already be reporting the "child abusing growers get what they deserve" headline)

i would rather see kids growing up around weed than have parents with the economy sized bottles of oxy and zoloft.

having kids and growing in a non med state should be mutually exclusive.
kids are random chaos generators.

I like how she smiled for the mug shot

That's how you can tell she is NOT a criminal. This kids karma is going to suck so bad for such a long time.

........................... Sometimes i think what if my kids turn out like this, I damn sure do my best................... But one never knows. I always went by snitches get stitches, guess it's better to get a beat down by family than others. I just don't know, it a different world than the one i grew up in. A scary world.

And just cause i always like to say it. Cause i feel that way, and it's real for me. FUCK those who say parents should not grow in the house with kids. It's a fucking plant and the laws are unjust.

Yea, its unjust, but the consequences are losing your children. If its worth it, fine.
I dont see how a Thomas Jefferson quote relates to any of this. Jefferson had the chance to write whatever the fuck he wanted, a parent today cant do shit but vote

And i don't see why your talking about voting, like it relates to anything since they don't even count them anymore :)

Yea, I think that goes without saying. I didnt feel the need to mention thats where I was going with that

Kids can put you into a tailspin if you aren't 100% honest with them from day one. But that doesn't mean your kids have to know everything you do. I agree, I bet this kid got into some sort of trouble (probably related to the herb, may be taking some for him and his buddies) and flipped the switch on mom and dad. I bet they never had the conversation with him about how "turning in his parents could send them to jail for a long time and then who will take care of your punk ass?"

While this is a supremely fucked up deal, you really have to wonder what in the hell the parents were thinking. 5 kids in the house? How many of us forgo having acquaintances, friends or dates over because we are aware of the danger? If the kids were to have any kind of normal childhood, they would be having at least two or three friends over frequently, so there could be 15-20 kids running around that house. Crazy.
