i think i got her figured out in coco..had to up the cal/mg to 8.5ml and up the the veg formula to 8ml plus added N..she finally took off..a few more weeks veg and she'll be ready to flower..

Started in on some sour this morning, I'd love to make a dent in this thing by this afternoon.These are the first buds I plucked up near the lamp, somewhere in the middle of 2 stacked verticals...It's been a long month of a self inflicted internet ban, I'm amazed at how much I could disregard the computer, the personal one anyway, without IC or MNS, I think my interests apart from reading and walking, are narrowing.My use for news is about zero...but I still hear it while I'm trimming all day...

Hey all,
Long time fan.
I have some NL seeds which are recently showing very strong "clawing" of the leaves during flower. Now i have seen people discuss this on ecsd, any idea what would cause it on a different strain?!? my first thought (and hope) was that i infact had gotten ecsd seeds in place of NL, however it is improbable. (i can post a pic if that would help)

What was the establishing technique? (seed or clone?) Seed
What is the age of your plants? about 10 weeks since planted, 5 weeks flowering (side note, my plants take longer than recommended to fully flower and turn trichs amber... related?)
What PHASE (seedling, vegetative or flower) are the plants in? Flower
What Technique are you using? (SOG, SCROG etc) None
What size pots are you using? (Include how many subjects to pot) 1 gal pot - 1 plant
What substrate/medium are you using? (percentage of perlite, vermiculite...etc?) Soil mix (FFOF & ProMix
What Nutrient's are you using?How much of each? How Often? *Knowing the brand is very helpful* Maxibloom - 1 tsp/gal - when try
What is the TDS/EC/PPM of your nutrients used? unknown

When my plants claw I figure its salt in the coco, unless its haze, they do it almost normally.Its one of those things I ignore, esp in the leaves on the buds.It usually works itself out.I could be wrong about the salt but my tap water has salt in it and the plants claw up when I use it for soil so I just turn my head and usually it works out.Maybe somebody will have a better idea.If I knew I had clean coco and my plants started clawing I'd up the nutes and watch 'em jump up!! Doesn't always work but sometimes it does. My guess is that they'll "get over it" and finish out just fine, good luck.
