Well here i am again. Haven't done one of these in a few years but i've been building up my skillz underground and I figured "whythefnot". So here we are I have

Strains:

3x Tahoe OG
5x Harborside Fire
6x Alien Fire OG
7x White Fire



Setup:

1000w hortilux superHPS in xxxlmagnum
1000w solarmax in blockbuster
600w hortilux bare bulb
Portable A/C with dual hose so it doesn't change air(will start Co2 next grow sorry Co2 lovers)
2 440CFM 6" inlines one constant and one only above 80degrees
several fans placed throughout also I am in a 5x11 area and i used my old 4x8 tent frame to hold the lights and the trellis(SCROG by the way) also I am in 100% NF brick coco inside 5gallon smartpots(rootpots actually cheaper).

Botanicare CalMag
General Hydro Ph ^(no need for down)




I think that is about everything. I vegged for about 2 and a half weeks. Started 12/12 on Friday so today is day 2. I will post some pictures tonight.........

Here is an idea of the quality i generally grow. These were from a crop that had a lot of "issues" so i'm hoping to surpass this everytime from now on. Enjoy!.....................

So on those pictures of my past grow if you look real hard you can see seeds in one of them. Well i ended up only finding one good seed and i popped it about 2 weeks ago. Due to lack of space though, and also lack of money for more coco. I put it in a small pot on my balcony and i guess we will just see what happens. Though she will only get about 3hrs of direct sunlight in the morning and another 2hrs in the evening so i don't expect much.Here are a few pics from this morning after i strung her up higher to reach the little sun she gets out there.

Well here is a pic of the lady i put out on the balcony I took last night. Pretty admirable that it grew this much in two days considering i moved it to a bigger pot and it's only getting about 4hrs of direct sunlight a day. So anyhow here it is.......

Here are a few pics of the room last night. I was just trying to figure out the white setting on my camera. I have come to the conclusion that setting it on tungsten is best for taking pics around HPS. You can see the difference....

If you have a camera that will auto adjust color, put it on that auto setting, then point it at a white wall in the room and let it use that as its base, your photos will come out perfectly adjusted that way. Not that they don't look good with the tungsten setting too, but I've had better luck in the past doing a manual auto.

Well. It's day 1 of week 3 and buds are starting to pop out everywhere....I'll be posting some more pics after the weekend. Might post a pick of the outdoor one later tonight. Well, peace and smoke one for me this weekend.........

Looking good choptops. Can't wait to see the pics of them in full flower. Have you thought about running blumats? Have seen some really good stuff using them in coco once you get them dialed in. And takes a lot of work off from hand watering them

yea i have looked into that also a few other things. but the thing is i live in an apartment and i leave/passout alot so self watering systems scare me just because my first grow was a drip system and one night the hose made it's way to the side squirting the water directly on the ground and i didnt catch it before i left the next morning so bt the night it was bad...surprised i didn't burn it down! so handwatering i know is a hassle especially when you are doing scrog so close to the ground like i am but considering the alternative i think it is worth it. also i firmly believe that self watering promotes neglect and can cause especially newer growers to miss important signs of disease and defficiency. I don't think growers should even consider self watering systems until after there 5th or 6th cycle. It's just too dangerous if done improperly.......or maybe i'm just too paranoid..
