I only sprayed avid on them one time,
i wouldn't hit em twice with avid back to back
I would use forbid or something else
thats how you can lend up with avid resistant broad mites...
and thats a very scary scenario.

somebody else told me yesterday that avid had a residual effect so any new mite hatchlings that munched down on the leaves would get squirted with a face full of avid :)

at anyrate I picked a few leaves that were full of dead mite and lots of eggs and keeping them to see if any new mites hatch

Lookin much better. Never had em myself but usually fighting spider mites in the summer. Neem oiled em out.

glad the avid worked for you now flush the crap out of them, and foliar spray them with water only right before the lights come on.

hey greentipz
at this stage under 1000w lamps they need a good watering every 3rd day minimum
so they are getting plenty of water now and I'm a good 8-9 weeks away from harvest
were looking good now

yeah man seedee!
tell me bout it LOL
6 differing strains in there,
about 1/2 the room has plants in the 36" range
the tallest ones are almost 45"
I may have to snap a few tops over, not a pretty sight but done it B4.
whatever happens with these trees I should pull in a nice harvest weight wise :)

well I got things straightend out, moved around and situated.
its been hard to judge the preflowers with prophets and BH,
very tiny growth that could have gone either way but the last 6 days in flower have clenched it for me.

I'm kinda hoping to get a few more males to thin it out :shucks:

out of 4 BH IBL
3 males
1 female

out of 7 prophets
7 males
:shucks:
so!
I'm going to get that xtra space I wanted eh
and save IC some pix bandwidth with the harvest.... :watchplant:
i had 28 plants all together, nowI have 13 gurls and one still on the fence so I may get that
ideal 50/50 male to Female ratio but not the way I thought LOL!
its disappointing, I really had hi hopes for the prophets,
I got two packs so I may pop a few more and see what they do.... I mean they should all be girls hehe....right! :D
ah well.... I hope my BH kicks it xtra good!

Looking good gnome for sure!
Thanks for the response and yes it's true about all soil will have there own set of issues.

I know this old school way when bringing house plants in for the winter we put cayenne pepper on and around the plant to get rid of bugs. Don't know all what your situation is but between waterings you could spread a little pepper around the plant area. I do.

Good luck I will not try to spam your thread bro!

Hey the gnome, I was glad to hear you got the plants healthy again then I was sad when you told the # of males you got. At least you had a lot of potential studs that showed up early. If you can collect and store some of that pollen for a "rainy day". I really do hope that BH female is an awesome keeper for you. Can't wait to see her finished up. Good luck on the rest of the grow and I hope you get mostly females next go around. Take care 1

prophets boys

prophets boys

thanks guys, :)
it just is what it is.....
Ive been lucky with the odds for a while,
they had to catch up with me sooner or later.
i wish I would have gotten a few prophet gals, I know they would be kicken it! I flipped to 12/12 on the 20th and 8 days later the prophet boys are exploding!
very vigorous strain.
I didn't plan popping anymore prophet this soon but I am going to have to do a few more and get some girls

i haven't been paying too much attention to her other than watering.
today I dusted a few of her branches for seeds.
