My problem is the lack of even handedness in which certain 'rules' are levied.
All Mod's have their own job and or area to watch. Yes we are asked to follow other forums but we are only allowed to truly Mod our own section of it and like anything else in life we all have our own styles of doing so.
Some of us allow you all to Mod yourselves and only step in when the line is truly crossed and others will throw it in the BIN to save time.
Kharma Girl used to spend her whole damn life on here and made ever Mod's job a little easier for she lived it and after a few years or so of cleaning up child like banter she said fuck it and took a break but I assure you everything she did was for the better good of the community BUT she did it in HER OWN WAY.
Time's are a changing around here yes but let this thread show you something. It's started with a guy and a girl and some Super Bowl tickets on page one and by page 3 we bring politics into it
WTF right?.It is the way it is because some of our members are Cabbage Heads who don't have the ability to have an adult conversation in open forum without being some Billy Bad Ass sitting behind a computer screen and screwing it up for everyone just like REAL LIFE so go figure.
We do what we do to PROTECT you all from yourselves plain and simple. I do feel the day will come when the selected few of you who can have an adult conversation in open forum will have a place for that but UNTIL that day comes PLEASE understand we Mod's do what we do because history has proven that open forums with open hate (The Snake Pit) will eventually lead to it's own demise because it was not protected from itself.
