~~ MAN..that looks good! What is that crossed to Doobie Duck? Thank you in advance for the answer! monkey5

Look at his link for the answer , note he calls it a " nice cross" , I'd say that's one hell of a gift for understatement he's got there. Bud porn of that caliber is definitely not " safe for work."

Have you seen th Mendocino Madness/ Corleone Kush and the cross to Casey jones and LemonStomper that have been running around up here?

Folks are crossing the Corleone Kush , the Louis 13th and the Lost Coast OG over a lot of the older genetics.

Right now I'm looking for the Skywalker cut for a breeding project , but there's a lot of crap floating around being called various types of OG.

Right now I've got several Kushes , but no OGs, and I've cut several strains from "name breeders" for various reasons , I mean I'll put up with finicky if the yield is there...potency was always good to great , nice taste etc........but certain strains seemed like they were looking for a bridge to jump off of from the time you cracked a seed or cut a clone.

I'll try the Madman , Deadhead and Skywalker cuts but overall I've been a rather dismal failure with OGs , but I'm a stubborn old coot , I'll just keep trying a few here and there for my head if nothing else.

are you running OG outdoors or inside...IMO she really shines indoors. my outdoor SFV was nice and smooth but bag appeal just wasnt as nice as some frosted up swollen indoor calyxs....

i did see some outdoor fire OG from a IC member that was insanely good...looked almost like indoor. so i know it can be done nice...but never as shiny and poddy as indoors...

Indoor mostly though I tried a cut only Purple Og and the R.P. , OG18 outdoor this last year, real finicky pest wise , substandard yield , decent potency , blah taste....inside nice taste , good or better potency , finicky as hell and substandard yiled...............neither were keepers for me.......ymmv

Look here is the bottom line...

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Look here is the bottom line.. I can tell you one thing for sure..I bought some Headband that was grown somewhere in Cali. ..I bought it here on the East Coast of the USA! That herb and some Kauai Electric were some of the best USA grown cannibas I have run into here in the USA. The Electric was definetly the best out of the two strains..I paid $200. in a swap deal..friend to friend kind of swap! Now I can say I would have paid $500. for that ounce! I would have paid more too! My point here is ..IF YOUR cannibas is REAL FIRE..people will pay for it! Let the market say what price you can or will get for your smoke you grow..if you sell it! Why not? If you have crap..make hash out of it! Problem is too many people are growing that have no clue what they are doing! Lol.. Market flooded..with alot of sub par trash! Yeah..the price will come down then..but if you have some weed like that Electric..I will buy it..ask what you want! Lol..AND THAT DOES NOT MATTER WHO IS IN OFFICE!! monkey5

what are hash prices like now/ over last few years?

What kind of hash?

Bubble? Amber? Earwax? Budder?

Here in the Bay Area (well in my area) These are prices that I get from friends although the Earwax I included dispo pricing.

Bubble - 10 - 15 per gram

Amber - 15-20 pr gram

Earwax - 20 - and some dispo's are going as high as 60 pr gram

Budder - 20 - 35 pr gram

This is just in the Santa Cruz area and my personal experience, prices are all over the place but these are pretty generic.

there is almost no market for bulk bubble hash....ive been sitting on 3lbs of bubble for almost a year now and cant move em. most clubs get their bubble hash for free or make their own...the only shit people pay $$ for now is earwax BHO....that stuff sells for 10-15 a cube wholesale and around 20-50 at the clubs....

They send alot of there crap flowers up here to and no one wants. They have some serious quality issues down there due to the greed.

Make BHO out of ur bubble then ? o_O

well if you think that's bad think how it will be like if they legalise it; you wont be able to sell anything. Big companies will move in and will grow big greenhouses or fields full of it,and because of economies of scale will be able to sell it really cheaply.
How it is with the legal situation in most places it limits supply, so you can sell it for more.
Criminalisation is actually helping a lot of people out; for example I would say most people who grow do it to keep themselves supplied, but a lot also sell a bit to trusted friends.
They will never become rich by doing it but for example they might sell some of their crop and therefore be able to afford a new television, which otherwise they might not be able to afford. There are even some people who might just take a couple of deals with them when going down to the local pub, and sell them to people they meet there, and therefore pay for their night out.
I know people who grow for their own use but have a few spare ounces left over which they sell and then buy new tyres for their car or something.
Legalisation will largely close down this cottage industry which allows sometimes unemployed people to own the means of production and make a few dollars for themselves to buy a few luxuries that they could otherwise not afford.

^ya there is no hash market here. That seems to be a Europe thing. I wish there was a big hash market here because I love all the different types, varieties, and blends. I want to smoke the best Moroccan, and Nepalese hashes.

I agree H Zep... AMS is so wonderful cause of all the hash... But, some is of lower quality than others.. Important to try to buy from a C'shop or individual who has clean hash..

Our Bubble is as strong as it can be, but the plant matter in sieved hashes brings many lovely flavours...

there will be money to make in a legalized industry it will just be different...something similar to colorado perhaps where mega corps and millionaire investors sit back and have 19 yr old college kids trim and clean up garbage for 9 bucks an hour...

other positives i see is that none of the molded, premo, chemmy beaster crap that all the gangsters grow will be consumable on the legal market...most grows will have to follow the same quality controls found in other ag industries....

The Cream will always rise to the top..

The Boutique Industry will Spring up, Strong - and those who have special Strains - grown with care - will retain the attention. The top 5% of growers. Organic will become the new standard for the person-to-person market.

Laggards and people who cut corners will be overlooked.

More Smokers will feel comfortable toking up as fear of incarceration decreases.
New - previously legit, establishment types will enter the "End User" pool.

Still room in the Hydroponics Business....? Perhaps yes. The Big 2 stand to clean up on all of this..
