No comment on the situation between the guy and the girl...but,if you have a gem,treat her like one.Pride can be a terribly debilitating character flaw.

That is cold, but better he got a look at her real personality than after he had married her.
I worked with a fellow, his wife came from money and was very demanding about being kept in the lifestyle she was accustomed to. He worked very hard, and did well by her. Then he had an aneurism, it almost killed him, and he ended up disabled physically.
She took their kid and left almost immediately. Her message was something along the lines of "she didn't sign up for this", and then she tried to clean him out in the divorce.
Tony never recovered emotionally, and died a few years later, probably the broken heart had a lot to do with it. She didn't even send a card, and didn't let their daughter go to funeral.
Not hating on women, I am just commenting on hurtful people, this situation happened to be a wife. Men are pigs, too.

where is anyone hating on women? They are just mentioning POS people who happen to be women. What women can do no wrong or pointing out that they can is hating on them? Common!
When men and women are treated fairly in court, this won't be as much of an issue. But let's face it, in divorces when one side gets way more than the other out of it, it is 99% of the time the woman that makes out like a bandit. In reality, women can take care of themselves now, but in the courts it is still 1800 it seems. And women alleging anything of a sexual nature, well then it is guilty until proven innnocent and they just take her word, and they can call even being asked out sexual harassment. That is not the way it is supposed to work!

Well, I once knew a guy who dated a girl BECAUSE she had cancer...and yea he was sick and morally void. Never talked to him again. One of those odd sociopaths you meet when your a child that you think is normal and you never take the rash things said as serious, but unfortunately he was very serious.

Yea, I don't think politics has anything to do with it it has happened on both sides of the aisle more than once...Shit Chappaquiddick anyone? Edwards and Gingrich definitely some of the worse when it comes to this and they are from both sides of the aisle...

Yeah it's not about left or right it's about douchebaggery. Edwards is politically dead for a reason and I'm gonna guess he's not gonna come back in 10 years and try to run for pres yet again..... Newt died politically for various reasons. I guess he's hoping conservatives are the ones with the short memories.....
