Hmmmm..I don't think the Mazar-i-Shariff has a very good taste IMO...has an old school Indica taste of a hempy/weedy...I dunno really, nothing exactly like it....it works.

The Mazar yields extremely well @ 65 days on a consistent basis,it's hard to screw these up and are an easy grow if if you are lucky enough to get a good phenotype. Good vigor,PM resistant, frosty nugs that have a great bag appeal.
Potency is a bit above average leaning on the side of nite-time meds, but not too couchlock. I would say these are good for mild pain and as a sleep aid. Plants grow long colas and lean towards a 'Kushy' appearance.

This Mazar-i-Shariff cut won second place in some Oregon MMJ cup a while back...

Thanks 3rd eye! :) I am very excited for mid-feb! Two new strains to try, the Durbin Poison/bmr and NL5/haze. I have tried a different pheno of the dp/bmr but not this one yet. Hope everyone has a great weekend, I'll throw up more pics soon!

Nice MGD, I'm excited about the DP/BMR... I love BMR, never had to pleasure of trying some DP/BMR though. Do you have a special place you get the micro clover seeds from? I can't find seeds!!

Don't mind me, I'm just barefoot, barely dressed and gathering 33 degree water in the dark... kind of like swimming in lake michigan in april. Where is the rain! We're sort of parched over here and I have been relying on a small spring in my back yard and friends with good well water when I can... f'ing sucks... BRRRR!!!! Pics after we recover from being cold and parched... bring back that LIGHT dammit!! Happy Solstice y'all~

here is a little update... I thought the nl/haze would be building bigger buds first, but it appears as though the dpxbmr is in the lead as far as building bud goes. THe dpxbrm are finally stretching up a bit and not that far behind the haze crosses on either side of it.

Overall, they're not doing too bad for having gone through a little drought sort of.... I finally watered them all at once and should now be on a steady watering schedule. Man that sucks when you've got water needs every night...I had just been watering what needed it that day. anyway... here are some pics~ The bottom canopy will be cleaned up and I'll stake and tie the plants sometime soon. Little bit of yellowing underneath but nothing major, they seem to be doing just fine. I will probably give an ACT dose when I clean them up and stake next time I water.

Props MissGD....you've done extremely well and I'm proud you.
This girls 2cd ever grow is making a lot of big boy gardens look weak...on top of being an experimental no-till living mulch recycled living organic soil garden..what up~

looking awesome as always MGD's. Your plants look very happy and healthy. I was curious if you ever get concerned about having a thick heavy mulch and leaving a lot of the lower flowers and foliage? Have you had any unexpected issues?

Keep up your awesome

nameless~ I thought you might like to be the first to know that the training wheels are officially off. I'm up a creek without much water and no captain, but I do have a paddle. Wish me luck! Here's to a new year~ Happy 2012 everyone ~mgd

hey chief~ recently top dressed with some ewc so that pretty much wiped out the cover crop by the appearance of it... back to a lush black for the most part. I now have about 3/4 of the crop's lower third of the canopy cleaned up. I really got really really busy this cycle and it just goes to show how fool proof this set up is. If I had all dpxbmr's you wouldn't even see any stress. the hazes are delicate... if I keep them I'll dedicate one row to the g 13/haze's and one row to the nl#5/haze's then ammend to their picky sativa needs. I have a feeling tho that this dpxbmr is going to start taking over more and more of the garden.

congrats missGD!
even if the captain isnt around, tennille is right here on IC!
hope you sort out your water issues too, carting it around barefoot in the middle of the night is no bueno.

haha thanks nameless ;)

great news everyone! I was just officially offered a wonderful house by another mmj patient who owns the house. The room is all set up and ready for me to move in to :) :) *lots* of indoor work space and I'll have much more room to have some sort of holding tank and pump for water. Yay! No more making my room do a disappearing act because of crappy land lords. Hate to leave this place but a fellow mmj patient for a land lord just can't be beat. I will also have an extra card on the garden and can double my garden now :) Harvest and move it out! The NL/hazes will have to be moved to finish in their new home sometime in the next month. I will surely miss my backyard spring, but this house is on a different community well so I'm hoping for water I can actually use, even if it means pumping it into a holding tank and let the chlorine evaporate off. So much to do! ~mgd

Wow, that sounds like a great deal! I hope I find a situation almost as good next Spring when I leave this place.

Can't wait to see your new expanded garden :D
