3 days is a little too long for me without watering. stick to every other day for now. go by the weight of the cup, you'll tell when its light

it really depends on the temperature and air movement in the grow space, so it's hard to receive an response that would suit your case.
the best thing to do is to weight the pots in your hand when they are not watered for a number of days, just before you feel it's time to water them, then compare with the weight of the pots after watering. now, just by picking them up you will know exacly when and how much to water.

but before that, make sure that your growing medium is well aerated and holds moisture well. as i told you in chat, some perlite would help with that.

in the future i would start in a smaller cup. growing plants isn't really hard, its pretty piss easy as europeans say.

for that i would just water it like 1/2 a cup of plain old water, nothing fancy added or done to it. unless you are pouring pure acid or salt on it the water from your tap should be fine, even at 7ph. just water 1/2 a cup of water right at the stem every other day if the surface looks dry. eventually it will get to the point where you can see with your eye if you need to water.

i wish you luck.

definately ph your water weedss. i find that 5.8 to 5.9 seems to be the target for the most uptake.

sensi stars lookin a lot better man. and the OC, looks fine to me. you can see in the top leaves where new growth looks healthier and middle older growth is yellow. stick to the 5.8, its coming back. trust me man, its just the seedling phase that can be a bitch. after that it takes off like a rocket. you should germ 2 more so you have 4. remember i started with 4, and 2 were males. thats 50%, so by doing 2 more, you pretty much guarantee you get at least 1 female. early stress also increases the chance of hermies. remember if your using superthrive for germing and seedlings, that its very strong shit, only use a little drop

yooooooooo Merx!. I am germ'ing 2 more seeds man. I pray for sensi star lol to not come out as a hermies... see ya

lookin better. looks like the roots are spreading to the edges of the cup (the soil is pulled back from the edge) and you can start watering a little more per session. but keep the same rate of waiting till the "soil" dries.

The Third nodes are coming out but the entire plant is still droopy. I haven't water it since 3 days tho. The roots are dominating the medium pretty good looks white and clean. atm just waiting for the next watering. do you think i can water until run-off point next time?. :blowbubbles:

you should be getting some runoff each time you water weedss. if you dont water til runoff, salts could build up in the coco and cause ph swings and lockouts. you also should be watering everyother day at least. 3 days without watering is too much, especially for a small cup. remember, you cant overwater really in coco. if it feels light at all water it. who told you to go 3 days without watering? youre doing good so far. you could probably overwater the plant, by spraying it too much.

if it's drooping by all means water it.

i was just trying to tell you not to overwater since you have a small plant in a big pot. if you water places where the roots haven't grown yet they will avoid it because the roots only to to dry places looking for water. thats why they grow. if they find the water they need they don't go anywhere and your plant suffers and stays small.

well I don't see it's getting completely drying within 3 days so I usually wait for more then 3 days.
whenever the coco is dry-ed like 2inchs down from the top, I water it. I thought 16oz cup is ok for seedling but as stihg said it's big so germ'ed 2 more in much smaller cup . thx merx and stihgnobevoli

16 oz cup is not too big man. they're beer cups. almost everyone uses those with coco because theyre the perfect size.

stngbevoli, he's using 16oz cups, not big pots yet bro. lets see how it looks today weedss. you got it 2 in from the light right? what are your temps in there. dude, do me a favor, test your plain water or tap with your tds meter. whats your reading?
