I'm sure you did your homework, but I'm just wandering why you sheeted the walls with OSB -I'm thinking in terms of flamability. There's a lot of kindling in there. I'm sure there is a good reason for it???
Early in your post I saw something about the possible addition of a diesel or LP generator later on??? Have you thought at all about a microturbine? Can run on LP, Diesel, Biodiesel, and most other fuels -add a heat exchanger to capture the exhaust heat for use in the winter & even for cooling in the summer via an absorption chiller -the combined cooling, heat & power systems run as high as 90% efficiency (opposed to the 28% of a diesel/LP internal combustion genset). Plus there is the unlimited free CO2.

Hey everyone sorry I have been absent, just got done busting down another crop and in the middle of turn around to get the room going again. Also tis the season, been busy as hell. No excuses though, updates coming soon and more frequently. I just got a 5 ton Excel Air Stealth, and also the newest cat's meow co2 burner. All equipment is here and ready! Getting electrical in in the next 14 days, and I will begin insulating, putting walls on, painting, and then the fun is on!

Well IC I am alive lol! I have been in my winter cave hibernating, but staying busy. Actually just been getting through the season The room has been taking longer then I would like but unfortuantley it cost money so it has been a step by step process.

I have the framing at 95%, the last hour will be finished next week when we start putting insulation in and facing the walls. Most importantly though, electric is installed! One of the last things holding me up so I am almost ready to rip through this shit. I had the light panel connected to 100amps and also had 8 20amp 120v circuits installed for accessories, dehumidifiers and all that jazz. The hvac installer will be here tomorrow to run his wiring and I am off to the races on Monday. I expect the end of nextweek things to be looking alot different. I have to sqeeze in a 4K sour bubble harvest admist the finishing of the build out but I will make it happen.

All equipment is here and ready to go, just need to get the insulation up, walls up, paint up, poly up, flooring on and I can get to setting up all the goodies.

Sorry for the lack of updates, I haven't been IC much if at all lately, just under the season and pushing through Don't worry though, as this project comes along in the next couple weeks I will be updating. I expect to have this baby rolling in no more then 2-3 weeks 100% for sure. Sooner the better this room has really added up and I need to get her turning over.
