i was telling Arminius about my BHO process, figured i'd post some pics from a recent oil run.

i usually yield about 2 oz. of oil/budder/wax/whatever per pound of trim. the end product has been tested at 91% thc (blue cheese BHO)

takes about 30 minutes. simple process. but its a 5-year/$50,000 felony here in CA. and very easy to blow yourself up

I've been making BHO for about 5 years, started before the Kutvapes were made public, and now i'm rockin a Titanium-nail oil dome, loving the advances in BHO smoking technology since everyone realized how easy this shit is to make. dangerous though.

lol, but its so true! I know a couple that grow, and when they are not sure of the strain, they make shit up when they take it to the dispensaries... I couldn't do that in good faith, if you don't know what it is, then just smoke it. I for one smoke certain strains for the different effects. I know I can smoke a sativa and still function during the day, heavy indicas are saved for the evening. I would be pissed expecting one thing and getting another!

I have the processing into "budder" down, I am looking for a way to process more than 40g at a time... I ran through 2 1/2 cases of tane last night, and had to pack 200g of material which is the most time consuming part of the process...
I run about 16oz of tane per oz of bud, and 10-12 for popcorn. Am I doing something different? I was thinking of trying one of those french press coffee makers...

whoever told you was only telling half the story. sure, possession of BHO is legal. sale of BHO is legal, but...


in CALIFORNIA, the ACTUAL PROCESS of any CHEMICAL EXTRACTION of cannabis is a FELONY, punishable by 5 years in prison or $50,000 fine, *regardless of 215 status*

that includes using butane, ethanol, iso, hexane, and anything other extraction method.

the only legal methods of making hash *in california* are: water hash , dry press, and co2 extract.


i would look up the penal code, but i'm lazy.

so yah, dont get caught with 'tane and tubes...

I PM'd you my method, but basically the key to massive yields is to have multiple tubes going simultaneously, this requires more than one person.

you can make huge batches, but don't stack batches in the pyrex, purge and scrape after each 'tane blowing session.

for tips on exact amounts of butane usage for each kind of material, look up posts by Hashmasta Kut on here or tokecity, he was the guru.

Mine turns out just like Shcrews, and I just keep it on low heat and whip the shit out of it for about 30 minutes or so. I also leave it out uncovered overnight, by the next morning it's ready to go. I use my griddle on my stove with just the heat from the pilot light. I have seen people using heating pads, and coffee warmer plates.

So it turned out i grew 2 strains , neither of which were OG Kush.. Not the best strains, idk what they are but my Bubba Kush harvest was shitting on them in terms of quality.

pulled almost 3 lbs., with a shitty canopy.

new run coming soon. live and learn.
