anyone had a G13 like this ?

I wonder if anyone has grown a G13 like this, I wasn't expecting it, wonder if this will impact on it's growth pattern ?

have any of you had similar experiences, I'd love to know what happened ?

just looks like a trifoliate mutant to me. It will probably grow out of the tri stage but may remain a crinkle leaf pheno. Sometime though the crinkle represent a recessive trait that could be either good or bad.... Roll the dice you may get lucky

went on a search for info and found this piece on the Mandala seeds site, I thought it explained well.

Mutations
My plant has three internodes and shoots instead of two.

Trifoliates or triploids are common to cannabis as a plant species. They possess three sets of chromosomes instead of the usual two. Approx. 2% of the population in Mandala strains exhibit this trait. So for every 100 seeds there are max. 2 plants. About 60% of trifoliates turn out to be males. From the females you have 20% with a higher yield than normal (due to the extra node and vigour), 20% are just under average, and the rest are normal performers.

it was only the one node, it grew out of it the rest of the plant. but that one node just kept growing out three's.

np, i stumbled into this thread while looking for pics to compare against my g13. everyone else has long filled out buds, mine just grew golfball style nugs at the end of long branches like sour D. maybe i didn't veg long enough.

here is the g13 today,she's gone through a bit of a change and stopped her 3 leaf nonsense and thrown out a complete new shoot,I hope the pics do it justice.
all new growth on both is normal 2 leaf,she still in veg until end of year or so,
badly needs re-potting too but.......see what you think

I don't know to be honest matey as I temporarily misplaced my ph pen,but I feed with GHE 3 part in tap water which comes out around 6.3 when tested before,so I assume all is well....

which way is the problem stihgnobevoli. too high or too low ?

here we are after a re-pot into 8litre plastic bag a week ago, with a feed and some DE to assist in fungus gnat and thrips...the plant continues to grow normally above the point where this shoot comes out, but this shoot has many leaves...here are the pics,see what you think.....

all good here thank you, going into flower sometime early next year space permitting,
want to top and train each shoot to see how the mutant shoot performs also want to try cloning both 'tops'... I hope the mutant is a good one !

we are still in veg but height has forced my hand and it time the G13 bent !

the growth on the new shoot is still trifoliate or worse but the stalk has a groove shape like a stick of celery . . . hope the pics show it ...anyone any ideas?
