That does sound like an interesting mix, I bet the Mazar and the OG keep it pretty funky smelling.I think that since the real OG cuts made it into some breeders hands we've been seeing some great quality in the seedstock.I keep cuts of most any OG cross I run.I took cuts from the HA cross this morning.The plants are very stocky with crazy big leaves that droop way out of the container.Looks like there'll be some nice chunks coming from those, I hope...

I've been lucky enough to smoke OG kush on the west coast and here on the east coast, the OG kush I love to smoke has that real lemon dankness to it and the high is stronger than almost anything i've ever smoked, cuts thru any high you have and taste great til the last toke, the west coast OG was a bit more commercial but it was still so good it was hard to trade with some kids i knew in colorado. On the east here it was def home grown and I'd do just about anything to have my jars filled with nothing but that stuff, hear it grows real shitty, I guess all the great one do tho...

Agreed, Otto...I've yet to puff on a "real" OG, but the best I've puffed from seed had the same qualities you talk about...I found it in some SFVbx2 seeds, straight up lemon and just plain strong...What a fuckin jerk I am for not keeping that lady, luckily I used the pollen from the male wisely.

Just got a nice batch of BHO ,I have enough to last a few years now
I haven't touched any buds in over a week just oil vapor!
First up is Triple kush .This one is yellow like mustard and tastes amazing ,it is my fav. My Boy who makes the bho for me says the TK produces some of the best he's seen .

Next is chem sis ,this one is my second choice hits you right over the head

This is from my SSSG keeper That grows big haze spears , it smells very hazy this is my wake up oil and it wont glue you to the couch like the ECSD,CHEM SIS and TK oil will

I don't think Ill ever make bubble again , All I have to do is hand my oil guy a bunch of sugar trim or buds and a week later he gives my several OZ's of topnotch oil .

I got a whole room of sister coming down in about 20 days and another room full of chem sour coming down a few weeks after the sister . Im sure the chem sour will produce some quality oil also .

Im still cracking haze seeds looking for the haze of my dreams . The la nina s I ran where nice but three of the four where very indica dom and the looked sativaish but smoked like the others . The ssh female I had was also week grew like a nice haze but smoked like a boring berry flavored strain . IM going to start looking in the mango haze again I have about 12 more seeds left . So far the SSSG's IV run have had the best hazes IV run all very piffy with a strong frankincense smell and nice spicy taste , I think the G-13 haze is most dom in this cross .

Wondering if anyone might be able to give me some advice on my coco technique. I'd like my girls to be the best they can be.

Right now I have 8 ladies in their 6th week of flowering.

I hand water with drip trays and let the trays fill up about 1/2 inch and let them bottom feed. I water again when there's nothing left in the trays. They all are very healthy.

I am using H&G Cocos A and B to about 700 ppm's then I am using Flora Nova Bloom to bring it up to 1300 - 1350 ppm's. My last 2 waterings I brought it up to about 1100 with the flora and used Big Up powder to bring it to the 1300 - 1350 range, and plan on using more Big Up in the next few feedings.

Usually I bring it up to about 1500 ppm's toward the end of flower with the same nutrients and then flush with tap water a week or 2 before harvest, and just give'em water till I chop.

What do you think of this? Are there any other nutrients supplements you would recommend? Or a different brand you think are superior to what I'm using? Or anything at all you'd like to comment on about how I'm running this? Critiques and suggestions much appreciated.

Scrappy it sounds like it's working pretty good.I would add silicone for sure if you don't already, it makes joints burn like I've never seen and keeps the bugs in another room and of course you almost never have too much cal-mag.Keep that ph at 5.8 and let your coco dry out before you water, in varying degrees, there's no sense in waiting a whole day when a plant likes to have a little drink a few times a day.When I hand water rocks, the growth almost doubles when I hit them 10X a day vs 4 times a day.Similar strategy with the coco....I'm the same way, everyday I want to make it better, even if it's just by a hair...Here's some Mango Haze at 75 days or so, I've been pulling bottoms here and there, I made some Nevilles/Mango seeds as well.Enjoy the weather!

Scrappy sounds like you got a good plan going. Obviously ChAcO said it best. Silic. And cal-mag for sure. He is def one of thebetter true master of his craft so his advice is def one to listen and trust. Adding silica man is the shit. I'll never do a run without it Keeps everything nice and shiny and strong. Over Health and less problems for sure when using it at the right amounts. Anyway that's what's up. Good luck dude

sounds good to me scrappy but hey i never ran coco so i wouldnt be the one to critique or offer different advice from what was said already . I recycle ffof with compost tea and use genhydro flora micro , bloom, and liquid koolbloom in various diy hydro set ups.One thing i will say is make sure when flushing the coco isnt sitting in the run off in the tray , but thats pretty much common sense so i am sure it would go with out saying. Roots excelurator, though very pricy, has shown me significant root development in my deepwater cultures . and overall in my hydro runs early, and in mid veg.

Thanks guys! I actually have some Cal-Mag I was gonna use for outdoors but didn't need it.

Silica I don't have.

How mush of each should I add? I use a black bucket, same size as one of those orange home depot buckets (don't know how many gal those are) and fill it to the top whenever I mix up a batch.

I actually have Roots Excelurator but it is about a year old so don't know if it's still good or not.

Anyways thanks I'll post up some pics when I get a chance of what I'm working with.

That Lucifer stud looks good, Chaco. I had a male from my pack that looked just like that with the big fat leaves. Have fun putting him to good use! I made some Larry x Lucifer and Chem Sour x Lucifer's, definitely looking forward to popping some of those. But the f2's will come first as far as Lucy beans go.

Otto, agreed on the OG. Tastes real good and there's no slack in the buzz. Definitely a keeper.

Looks like a bonanza TC! Enjoy it.I'm starting to take down my Nevs/Larrys today, by the time I finish the 1st plant the rest will be overdone.I might just have to cut them and hang them without trimming.I cut this little bud to make way for me to get through the maze of haze....I'd rather mix concrete than trim buds.I worked a few days this week on a concrete job and seriously, it's easier work than growing, you can go home at 4 o'clock!
