The Tigers tied their AL series @ 1 game apiece in a 5-3 win over the Yankees, the Cardinals evened up their series in NL play beating the Phillys 5-4 while the Brewers expanded their lead w/another win today 9-4.

I wish I had the spare cash, had the opportunity to buy 4 tickets 1st row section 139 for 250$ a pop..... not bad seeing standing room only was 100$ a ticket.

a bunch of yrs ago while working back in NY I was offered a seat to the game for $150, it was the Yankees in the world series. so $150 for the ticket, lose $250 driving cab that night, pay $30 for premium parking, $50 for eats and drinks & another $100 for souvenirs I would have bought for some kids.

I saved nearly $600 by forsaking the game and my last fare was a pickup @ Yankee stadium, I was a block away when the cheer went up as Bernie Williams swatted a walk-off homer for the win. I felt like the all around winner that night.......

Wow I missed this thread, I love post season baseball!! I know S4L, the giants choked at the end, what else is new! haha Once Buster got hurt it was all over for them. Im not sure who Im rooting for yet, deff NOT the Yanks!
I just love the game, no matter who is playing, and this time of year its all out!!

The Texas Rangers are the first team to secure their division series by eliminating the Rays with a 4~3 win in Tampa Bay.

The Yankees win 10~1 in Detroit forcing game 5 back in The Bronx on Thursday.

The Phillies took a 2 to 1 lead in their division series with a 3~2 victory in St Louis tonight.

And finally the D`Backs are currently winning 8~1 in the bottom of the 8th inning, looks like the Brewers will play a game 4 in AZ tomorrow night.
