Flora-Nova is liquid gold

I wanted to start a thread in honor of flora-nova. If I had to recommend one fert to anyone in the industry that would be it. Ive ran Ionic and House & Garden prior to Flora-Nova and they both fell short of what Gen Hydro has given me. The only drawback I have with Flora-Nova is you have to shake the piss out of it. Not an option for some people you really have to shake it. So if you have medical issues, and cant do upper body exercise try the flora 3 part. A close friend of mine is running just Floranova bloom, liquid koolbloom, and floralicious plus against Advanced Connie and 15 of there additives. He is running all the same strain in 2 titan flow & grows. Flora-Nova is destroying advanced at half the cost. Well lets hear your flora nova stories.

I just picked up a bottle to use with some Big Bud and Overdrive I got left. guy at store said its super popular.

Im probably gong to use it on just a couple plants alongside DM Gold as my main nute line.

Ive Been using AN for years and just switched so I'll have a pretty close eye on how every different nute line works for me.

I like the shake vigorously sticker on the Flora Nova bottle. up and down hahaha.

Thats good to know vaped.
I saw in a grow catalog they had a mixer attachment for a drill that would fit in the bottle.
Might be a good idea.

Re: Flora-Nova is liquid gold

I use FN grow for my vegging plants, but I am currently using H & G for flowering. I remember a distinct perkiness and vigoe with the one part FN grow...and its just so simple a caveman can do it

How about your friend joins and posts his results? I mean, since one product is "destroying another" Pics tell me much more.

15 products? why? Connie is made to be used alone. No additives. Also, everyone I talked to says to use half strength or less. your friend most likely caused nutrient lockout.

would like to try it some day in hydro

one bottle is always great. simplicity at its best..

shaking is annoying though, I know this from bio-canna, must have to shake that for 40 seconds straight then tip it upside down multiple times to see if it's all mixed through..

glad your liking it. that's the important thing, finding what works for you

If u take your flora nova out of the bottle n put it in a blender, also scrap the inside of the container to get the chunks if there are any, blend it all up keep what u will use for the next grow in a small glass jar, to shake up a small batch is much easier then the whole bottle and will give u more accurate readings, the stuff is so thick that i think its the only way to really use it.

Just put in a container that can hold an equal amount of pure H20. Shake the diluted mix and then draw your required amount. No need to blend and the container is large enough to provide ample agitation. Flora Nova bloom is what I've tried in the past. I liked the health of the plants, but the secondary characteristics were lacking in comparison to PureBlendPro. It is a good all around fert.

I use FloraNova Bloom diluted for seedlings and vegetating plants and I give as much of it as any flowering plant asks for. Basically lucas formula. Great product.

Love the stuff I currently use diamond nector as an additive but I want to give kool bloom a try.

Just switched from House and Garden. Works great! Nice going from 7 bottles to 1. No more mixing a and b. Still haven't dropped drip clean yet.

The stuff just works. Its flawless.
How many micronutrients does it have? too much Phosphorous. P should be supplied at similar levels to Mg. the P on the bottle when showed in NPK is measuring the amount of P2O5 in the bottle. so there's really only about 44% of the P the label says. even then its too much P.

take a took at the graph on page 3 of this attachment. it compares 15 different crops nutrient uptake from soil. the true amount of P in comparison to secondary nutrients. you flora nova users might be a little surprised at what you find.

Ro water, FN grow or bloom, floralicious plus, calmag, Pot O Gold, & Kool Bloom. Keep the EC at 1.2 in bloom and BAM...bumper crop every time. Best shit I've used in hydro the past 10 years. It just piles on the weight son!!!

I used the same exact nutes except the pot o gold. LOVED IT! Oh, I ran drip clean too.

I didn't run floranova for veg in drip setups though, I used that GH maxi gro powder. That stuff kept everything nice and clean. The Floranova kinda gets slimy and shit in the drip lines.
