shoot,if you want to go super hardcore do like goran kroop(sp?) a swedish guy who climbed on his bike and rode to everest from sweden, climbed the mountain and turned around and rode back to sweden...he may be the only person to have "climbed" everest from sea level to summit and back...just wrap your head around that,8000 miles each way, plus climb everest solo....

Great pics, thanks for sharing. I always heard Saki is beer. Recon they're similar?

Chang is fermented rice and it looks like milk, about the strength of wine.

Saki is when they distill, it's a clear liquid moonshine, they can make from rice potato corn barley, they had that as well but i stayed well away from that.

Cannabis in the mountians is Brilliant but being drunk was very rough the next day so i used my treks to give drink a rest.

The Himilayas are Magical...

So are the people, met some very poor, yet very HAPPY PEOPLE

You really need to stay a long time which is ez coz it's cheap. Most of the people who go for 2 week holidaze damper the tranquility and plant the rancid seeds of the west i don't mean just cannabis seeds, you know what i mean, don't ja?

I guess I misspoke. Some folks in the US say 'rice wine' when referring to saki. Then I read something that says the process is closer to beer than wine.

After reading your post, I have to agree it's certainly not weak stuff. I'm not familiar with the processes but moonshine is a very close comparison. I hate those nasty hangovers myself.

Thanks again for the pics and information, InJoy.
