You guys gotta do some reading up on the structure of a good tv show. There is a reason it has won so many Emmy's and its not due to its action sequences.

Again, if you need more action go watch one of the shitty action shows or rent 24.

You earn your action sequences which is why 1) they are so amazing when they happen and 2) why you always yearn for them. They are trying to mimic what could be passed off as a real story. Real life doesn't have shootouts every day.

If you call the rest of it filler, and you are only interested in the action sequences, this isn't the show for you.

now if the show ran ads saying "most action packed show in the world, puts 24 to shame, constant blood and explosions" then you'd have a point.
