Northern Michigan state narc units are hittin up caregivers demandin that they have the right to search. Count plants etc.

One busted so far. over plant count. Clean your shit my brothers and sisters..

My lawyer says no Court order? No comply. Works for me.

this doesnt make much sense... how do they know where the CGs are? Are they working on tips or do they have a list of CGs? Thats why you get a PO box to have on your cards. Smarten up and you wont get hassled.

There was subpenas for names of MMJ card holders in Michigan months back, as you all know. I wonder if this has something to do with it?

Where do you guys obtain your lic. cause Out here in LV we have to go to the dmv to get our lic. And at first we were in the system like a regular drivers lic. meaning when you went to get a drivers lic. it would come up, and when the cops ran your plates it would come up if the card and the drivers lic matched addresses, and like Michmedclones said a P.O box would be some saftey . But just trusting the state not to give info about ya and keep revenue coming in through the courts is risky.

I didn't hear of any raids in the news or anything substantial, I don't know where you got your info but it seems like this wasn't as big as you were making it sound unless you have some info for us. As for our cards, we submit the application to the department of community health, they have a new division that handles the MMJ applications, which are protected by HIPPA laws which states that the MDCH can not share our information with any other agency including law enforcement unless ordered by a subpoena.

Caregiver cooperated with police. they were judged to be over their count (babies I think). cops seized all the $tuff they could (cars,tvs,electronics, ya kno shit any other thief would steal) but left some plants.
NOW!! They are lookin to lawyer up.

Thinking they where legal not ina gray area they were know as caregivers.

Oh I'm not paranoid either. The lawsuit agaisnt my state for sharing HIPPA protecetd info proves states have and will let this info out. And I haven't seen any fast foods raided , so lets be real man. It is just us. Med states all over are recieving federal money to go after just grow houses not meth. Sorry for getting off subject and I know it's all about mich. I just wanted to let you know how NV med peeps were getting fucked with. And wether or not you get fucked with ,depends on how many plants you have ,when they come and your laws written pretaining to # of plants your allowed , not the docs recomendation for more just written laws bro. The vicious cycle is this . You have a card , they come, you have 1 more plant then allowed, they take everything, you go to jail, you get out with your card, you drop 5 g's on a lawyer, you wait, you get charged with possesion of a dangerous drug the same as having a lower tab with no script. and you're allowed to grow and keep going if ya can. It's just the way it is everywhere.

Wanna hear something interesting... your NV MMj card (mine too... all of em)... are issued by the Fed, or at least, come from one of their processing facilities.

What they do now, and what all States either currently have or are req'd to move towards, is a central 'clearing facility' that is run by the Fed... States send them the info & they print/mail the card. Nevada DMV told me this directly... as I waited for them to mail me my driv lic & the MMj card.

They take the new photo's w the facial rec programs... off to the Fed for verification, then they (the Fed) mails you your State ID cards. No nat'l id's or papers, but the Fed is still there. And as it has been expressed to me more than once, the local police have access to this.

Ask the DMV why they mail you your card now... :-(
