I was at a concert last year and some punk kid kept trying to push his way into my girlfriend's spot (in front of the stage). At first, I tried to reason with him. "Look dude... we've been standing here since the doors opened. If you wanted to stand here, you should've showed up then, instead of trying to muscle your way up front halfway through the show."

He didn't want to listen to reason. After warning him a few more times, I grabbed him by the top of his head and slide my left arm around his exposed neck and then I grabbed my right arm with my left hand and squeezed.

When he started to pass out I let him go and helped hold him steady until he could stand on his own again. Then I suggested that he find another spot to watch the concert.

Jiujitsu is fun. :)

Not to take bobblehead's thread further away from growing, but BJJ is excellent. I've been at an MMA gym for a few years now. At first I did a mix of BJJ and Muay thai, but for the last year I've just been focusing on standup. But I'd recommend anyone to check out BJJ or MMA type training in general - it gets you in great shape, and of course is practical to know too.

p.s. - thanks a lot bobblehead for all your info on the ventilation/exhaust setup that you have going... much appreciated.

So here's the veg tent... Things are turning around in bobbletown. The plants are finally starting to look healthy. I think I must have over fertilized them or something, b/c I had some terrible leaf curl and all sorts of deficiencies that followed. Anyway, I just fed them with regular nute solution and things corrected themselves.

I've never used hoods before... but it didn't take me long to realize I needed a fan blowing under the hoods as well as the one pulling air through the hoods, cause with 600w lamps they were cooking my plants.

I have more supplies on the way to hook up all these plants with drip lines and individual mini inline shut-off valves so they can all get fed what they need...

coco looks a little dry, perhaps it is causing your lockouts/deficiencies?

I'd imagine those small pots need almost daily watering if the roots have filled em up. How often r u watering them?

running drip clean still, correct?

2 weeks in... This room just keeps evolving... :D

I added more bins to spread the plants out better. I had to reroute some of the drip lines. Coming along nicely. Definitely my best start to a grow so far.

Ultimate Strawberry Diesel. It's only a few inches shorter than me now... just a few more days, and I'll be looking up at it.

This is a clone of the above plant. It started off as a 6" clone, and this is how much it's stretched in 2 weeks...

Sour Bubble Mix- I think it's SB x SSSDH, cause it's a huge stretcher. No way is it SB x SB.

The pots aren't as small as they look...

They were dry b/c I had just transplanted, and hadn't watered yet. I'm still running drip clean. Trust me, the roots were all sorts of nasty looking, and the leaves were curled up... Not something that just happens when you let them get too dry... I've got it fixed now and I'll be ready to go again in another 2 weeks. :)

Bobble -

I am trying to get s sense of the new room (pictures above) is it your room for different strain development? Or is it a production room? Also what are the little wires in front of the sterilite pods?

The tester room has been put on the back burner until i get my veg room sorted... These are all the plants I had going in the tent, and I had to make room to veg my monocrop... So it's inside one of the pods, but it's a tester/proven clone grow. We'll see if I can't smash the gpw with a mutli-strain grow like Aerohead. After this, racks will be getting put into this pod.

the wires are pieces of rabbit fence cut to make individual screens to train plants.

lol... the number of plants is the same... All I did was bring in 8 stacks of 4 sterilite bins, and I set the plants inside of the bins to put them at different levels, filling up the whole room. I was able to get some of the #2 SP's off the floor. It was getting too crowded down low, and there was a lot of space still up top... So I just spread the plants out. The bins have a reflectix cover over them.

I have 2 Straw DD moms and 1 USD mom in the veg tent, along with a few others that are still too small... Nothing is revegging... My Purple Urkel just came out of reveg. :D I had 3 Straw DD moms that were just getting too big for the veg tent. I mean I didn't need 5...

Freds told me I was being impatient. So I thought about it... and he was right. It was time for me to slow down and do things right. I'm vegging up the Straw DD clones to 12" tall like I should. It's not gonna take but another week or two now that the plants are over whatever was stressing them.

Once I have 1 pod filled up and squared away, then I can build more racks... B/c I'll be harvesting the pod with all those different plants 4-5 weeks later, so it'll be time to get ready for the next run. Right now I have 16 empty racks, so it wouldn't make much sense to make more just yet...

Not that I don't appreciate the kick in the ass...
